Onlychevy6 and Chevy6s Chick - Teams up with Muscle Gauge Nutrition

Monday is here that, means training day. I normally jumo on the scale after the morning ritual. And as it would be I am down a little more. Sitting at 224. And damn it feels good to see the number go down.

I bet. Nice to see you back into it, Jeff. It can help with so many things and just take your mind off the world for a while when you're in "your zone".

Yeah I know exactly what you mean. Tonight I didn't take gym bag so no ipod, or anything. Once you get used to training with music it is tuff to stay focused.

Sheesh

Interesting how did you modify this? Did you just do them as straight sets or did you do them as the giant set they are supposed to be?

Did them back to back non stop. But if you see it was only 15 reps not 20. Plus I added somethings and didn't do others

Ok was curious, the way they are listed looks like you did all of one exercise then all of the next, but you went through all of them once then did the second rotation and so on? Just a few changes to the selection and adding a couple?
