Thanks, yah that's the black box for me.. naturally I would bet to 8-10% body fat at around 210 to 215 using my current methods. I don't know what the cycle will do but I suspect I can do 6-8% and closer to 215 who really knows though. I will just do what I know and let the Gods decide....:mischievous:

Also and more importantly, I am glad people are learning and sharing it this log, such good sportsmanship and we're all going to benefit from this experience.
 
215 at 6% and only 5'11" That will be ridiculous. I'll be happy if i can finish up at 190 @ 5%. I should look pretty good considering i'm only 5'8", but still don't know if it would compare with you.

That would be huge believe me, This dude (my mentor) was 5' 8" 173 and he's world class in the Natural world...

The point is you can go lower than 190 and still look massive when you're 5'8". conditioning first don't worry what you weigh... incidently a guy at 190 and 5% at 5'8" would look bigger than one at 5'11" and 216 at 6%.

8am 1/2 cup steel cut oats
2 scoop protein
fish oil 3 grams

10am 2 boiled eggs
2 cups brocolli
1 cup Cauliflower
1 cup green beens
1/2 red or yellow pepper

12pm 8 oz chicken
2 cups brocolli
1 cup Cauliflower
1 cup green beens
1/2 red or yellow pepper
1/cup black beans
3 grams fish oil

230pm 2 boiled eggs

5pm 14 oz Fish
1 cup rice
2 cups brocolli
1 cup Cauliflower

8pm 2 scoop protein

a night time nutrient repart is supposed to work well, i believe rosie uses them at night and likes it....just be careful about going hypo

Yah I may leave it out if I plan on fasted cardio in am, then I walk to work fasted 5k every day... have been borderline hypo lately so maybe I should watch it...

So I ordered a couple boxes of 1cc 1/2 inch syringes 29 guage should see me through. When you guys piin bi-lat do you use 2 syringes or just one...?

GH I pin in one spot, I don't see a need to pin bi-lateral. IGF-1 DES, could do bi lateral and you don't need to use a different needle, just fill up, used half, stick in the other side. Just be mindful of keeping it sterile.

Any nutrient partitioner that helps get blood sugar down should supposedly work.

It "should" also help with GH output since insulin blunts GH and taking a partitioner increases insulin sensitivity so you don't release as much and won't have high blood glucose which would cause insulin to be released in the first place. Honestly, I don't know how much better it is than if you just didn't eat before bed. If you do eat within ~1hr pre-bed, I presume it would have a better benefit.

Hmmm... thanks for your input. Currently, I eat at 8pm at the latest and don't go to bed until 11pm on average.
 
How do you go to bed hungry? I need a snack before bed, but then again I eat smaller meals...

I don't get hungry at night like that. On days where I feel extra hungry, I'll just add 6-8 egg whites to my 5th or 6th meal to whatever I'm eating and I'm satiated.

Particularly if I take a pre-workout for my PM lifts. The appetite suppressant from mesomorph is actually pretty damn strong for me.

Get this, you know what stopped my eviscerete from getting through, yohimbine (I'd guessed that and l-carnitine) lol
 
Well the only exercise I went up on last night was bent over rows 225 X 5 X 2 and there was no body English on these whatsoever...

The rest was what I did on Tuesday and a slight meltdown on pulldowns...shoulder needs a break.

So next week is deload and prep for the big run... I will lay it all out once more later...

Thanks, when I get this high the weight often pulls me out of position forcing me to have to use a little body English to pull it through, so I was pleased that this didn't happen.
