Been a while since I updated in here. Leg day painfully completed. Looking forward to still not being able to walk on Friday!

We also have a squat challenge that is now nearing our 100,000 goal, if you got any squats in :)

Will check out the squat thread...I still do hack and kettle bell squats regularly. ...Achilles tendon yells at me when I do over the shoulder squats.

Back workout done.....dumbbell dead 4x10, T-bar row 5x10, mid-row hammer machine 6x8,9,&10, reverse lat pull-down 6x9....ugh....I'm dead now.
 
Heavy triples and doubles for both squats and deads today followed by some light GMs. Everything felt pretty good. Deads were poppy thanks to pink lemonade mesomorph.
 
Insane chest today...hit PR of 315 on decline bench, 28 sets total w/ bodyweight squats between first 8 sets, 2nd day of ENDUR3 from OL...stuff is hard to believe great.
 
Bi's & tri's today - 24 sets total, skullcrushers kicked my ass. Did bodyweight squats between sets for 12 sets of 10.

Confirmed, yikes. I superset bodyweight squats with heavy leg extensions to start off my quad workout.

I did quads earlier today, checking in now while I'm at work and my right vastus medialis won't stop spasming.
 
Shoulders today - 8 sets seated smith machine press, 6 sets rear delt machine, 6 sets dumbbell shrugs supersetted with front and side lateral raises, 6 sets cable upright row. Did supersets with body weight squats for 18 sets.
Taking tomorrow off for pain management!
 
Back day - weighted pull-ups, lat pulldown, T-bar row, dumbbell deads, 16 sets of bodyweight squats between sets....all with OL'S Pina Colada ENDUR3...
