I have a sure fire method to relieve you off make spasms & Charlie horses. Antacids!! Tums, etc... Works like a charm... EVERY TIME.

Just took a few days off for recovery.
Today started one of my favorite old school routines
Trevor Smith’s (rip) BFT
Day 1 chest/tris/calves
Doing it without a partner using 4 rest paused 5seconds each as Trevor recommended.

Still is!!!

The gym on the road Thread was awesome as well. Only ever had one guy come here to do it but others had alot more success.
