Just took a few days off for recovery.
Today started one of my favorite old school routines
Trevor Smith’s (rip) BFT
Day 1 chest/tris/calves
Doing it without a partner using 4 rest paused 5seconds each as Trevor recommended.
 
Wow, forgot I had this stickied. Was a good idea.

The gym on the road Thread was awesome as well. Only ever had one guy come here to do it but others had alot more success.

Thank you very much. It's taken me over 35 years to get up around this weight. And I also find it very important to note I've always been drug free. This is a main reason it's taken me so long.

Been trying to stop getting my glutes to raise while benching plus just get better at the lift. Turns out I've been using leg drive wrong so I looked into it a little. Driving back as opposed to up makes total sense. Especially once you think about the transfer of energy between lower and upper body during the movement. I've been thinking about it almost like drawing back then firing a bow and arrow. Now that I'm done with classes for the summer, I'll have more time to learn more about training/diet.
