Will check out the squat thread...I still do hack and kettle bell squats regularly. ...Achilles tendon yells at me when I do over the shoulder squats.

Bi's & tri's today - 24 sets total, skullcrushers kicked my ass. Did bodyweight squats between sets for 12 sets of 10.![]()
