Now gonna hit some calves, cardio, and eat. I'm only on 3000 cals a day so I'm a little worried about recovery. But oh well!

I did it last Friday on one arm dumbbell rows and I'm still a little sore. It's definitely a nice high intensity challenge. I had been doing the same program for awhile, so this week I'm kinda shocking my body with this before going back to a normal training style. It's definitely been interesting!

LEGS DAAAY!

today was a crazy leg smoker. i did an 8 mile ruck march with 75lbs on my back at a 12 minute pace. i cut about 37 seconds off my time from 2 weeks ago. probably because i sprinted the last 1/4 mile

weights were at lunch:
squats 4 sets 8 reps
leg press 4 sets 8 reps
ramanian deadlifts 4 sets 8 reps
calves 4 sets 11 reps
sprints to finish up

It hurt for a second but it wasn't bad. I didn't even realize it left a mark until after I was done. Lol
 
I've been playing pick up, put down, pick up, put down, wrestle, pick up, put down, wrestle a 30 lb toddler for 4 hrs in a hospital. Please tell me this counts...because it feels like a work out.

I have a HUGE leg workout planned for tomorrow morning! Singles speed work and 20+ rep Squats and deadlifts followed with every accessory movement under the sun! READY TO GROW!
 
Finishing up quads, about to limp the 2 mile walk home.... At least I have some water........
