Confirmed!No gym today, because I was at the hospital most of the day with my Mom for a heart procedure. However, I needed to do something...I was feeling way too tense. So, I just did 3 rounds of body weight stuff (push-ups, chair dips, sit ups, planks, split squats, lunges, etc). Sweaty & much less tense now.
Arm and tri day.(mid to heavy weights) Arms are hella pumped

Had my high volume arm session and the pump was painful.

Kind of a hot mess of upper body today off the normal back/bis routine for Fridays. It was unusually busy at my gym and there were an influx of 60+ year olds on machines with "trainers" teaching them how to push 10lbs. Just kind of used whatever machines were available at the time. Ahhhhhh it's snowbird season in South Florida again! I can't be a hater though, they're trying and doing something is better than doing nothing at all.

Definitely feel it moreso than normal though. BAM.
