I was still feeling a little off and tired but had to get this one done! I’m never super pumped for legs. Hit my numbers for squats and got it done.
Feeling good physical as far as muscle goes. Seeing some abs but still working on that spare tire.
I use one anytime I Squat, DL, or Rack Pull. Period.Ok looking for opinions here.. who uses a weightlifting belt? When do you know it’s time to get one?
I only put mine on when i get above 90% of max on squats and deads. I read something somewhere once (i know thats real specific lol but i cant remember) it said that you should only need to use a belt when going above 90%. I'm the same. I always wear one when squatting and deadlifting for sure. But for squat and deadlift most of the time I go heavy for 3-5 reps so that's why I always have one.I use one anytime I Squat, DL, or Rack Pull. Period.

Get that diet dialed in - once it is you will be blown away how much progress you will make in such few weeks.

I got an overall test done and asked them to include testosterone levels. Well from what I’ve seen you guys all talking about in other threads and levels. I’m not sure what exactly they tested me for. My level is 22.3 and the ref range they have is 7.6-31.4 nmol/L
There are a bunch of other things I’d have to google to figure out what they are lol

Hit my shoulders last night and today was an off day. Long hours so it’s time to rest. I work another long one tomorrow but I’ll hopefully hit my squats tomorrow night.

- I’m not sure if I’m having some deeper sleeps? There has been a couple mornings that I just felt like a zombie trying to get up even after a decent length sleep.

Very nice! I’ve been going at it myself. A little bit at a time, but i’ve been procrastinating and not ordering a large dumper to be delivered so i can clear it all out at once. Been doing 1 garden trash bucket full a week.Hahaha I wish!
I’ve decided to go for it this summer and get it cleaned up. 4 large trees cut down to clean up plus a few other small ones. Ripped out some gardens as well! I love doing grunt work!

Felt good today! Following my numbers I just needed 1 at 240 but got in 3! These are numbers that I’ve hit recently but I reset my 5/3/1 and I’m ramping back up.
I also did some more yard work today. Just about at 2 weeks so figured I’d toss in a pic
