Cut back on my total volume. My bench felt good and I hit my numbers. I’m certainly not feeling invincible and strong in the gym but I am enjoying seeing some progress in the mirror

Well got in a late morning workout today. Crushed it and felt great! Hit my deadlift numbers. Could have went for more on my final set but decided not to push that hard there.

Tried a different approach to some standing calf raises with a single set followed by 3 rest pauses and continue. I did 13x290 followed by 4,4 and 3 more reps of 290.

Question for you guys. How do you go after the rest pause sets? How many rest pauses do you do? Do you aim for a total number of reps before and just do as many rest pauses as needed to hit the predetermined number?

Rest Pause - Some times I will have a number in mind and just do what I have to do yo hit it, other times a will pause twice and go to failure.

I like Wild thing! It has a really interesting consistency to it. It seems very sticky and I’ve never seen another pre like it but it hasn’t gone clumpy at all.

I have very solid workouts and get good pumps with it

I like Wild thing! It has a really interesting consistency to it. It seems very sticky and I’ve never seen another pre like it but it hasn’t gone clumpy at all.

I have very solid workouts and get good pumps with it
I notice that gummy feature also, so I put mine in the freezer when I got it. I was afraid it would start to clump.

Felt good. Solid workout. I’m not noticing much as far as the deeper sleep goes anymore. Also what I thought that could have been a mood boost early on has passed. Recovery is normal as well

So a question for you guys from Strong... Today is day 1 of my second bottle and since the other two gentlemen logging didn’t notice much of a difference into the second bottle would you like me to up the dose or stay as is? I am totally fine doing either, it’s up to you guys.

Since you didn't see anything on the first bottle if it were me logging it I would up the dosage and see if your results improve. So yea 3x3 would be good.

New phone and I have backed it all up yet to get my normal log layout.

Hit my week 3 bench. Workout was all throw off from food prep, forgetting my gym tag, forgetting my headphones and the gym being packed!

Anyways got through it and focused on my main lift. Worked my 5/3/1 and for my 1 I hit 245x2.

Kept this workout short and sweet.

Dosing 3 capsules 3 times per day now.

Q: I don’t understand the need for 3 pills, if not much was noticed with the serving size protocol?
Is there something in the product that accelerates results with an increase in dosage?

Honestly I’m not sure. People were suggesting upping it. I’m just the test subject here so I’m open to upping it or keeping it the same and running the course.

I started Major Gains this week since I unfortunately pre ordered it. I'm starting my dosage at 8 pills per day for 45 days and hopefully I will get something out if it, and if not, well there's $80 wasted!

Chest - 41"

Waist - 35.5". Now - 33 3/4

Hips - 41". Now - 41

Thigh - 26". Now - 24 1/2

Calf - 15.5". Now - 15 1/4

Bicep (relaxed) - 14.5" Now - 14 1/4

Weight - 187lbs (12pm fasted). Now - I believe it was 183.8 when I did these measurements



I’ll be hitting back and legs for some deadlifts tonight

Hit my dreads tonight with some other accessory work but it was 5/3/1 night. Worked up to 370 and hit it for 2. I think I could have probably squeezed out a 3rd but I stopped.

Also tried the Arez God of the gym and I liked it!

My shift got canceled so I hit the gym up. Struggled through my OHP and needed to use a little legs to chest and get the 150 up. Feeling tired!! Pretty sure today will be a day off and I’ll hit my 5/3/1 squats tomorrow! It’s subtle but I think I might be feeling a little fuller in my muscles. Everything else is the same, food in my diet doesn’t vary much. Still aim for the 2400 calories

OHP are very difficult. I haven’t done them in a while since people are always using the rack on my shoulder day.

Long work day out of town plus kids soccer as soon as I get home means today is a no gym day.

Still dosing 3-3-3. Everything seems regular

Main lift I hit today was some squats. Dropping down some volume this week. Feeling a little burnt out the last couple days. Wasn’t feeling the gym today but got up and out after putting the kids to bed. Very solid workout and I’m happy I went.

Main lift today was some deadlifts. I’m not using my normal template because I’m in a deload/reduced volume run. Horrible sleep last night, one of my kids is getting another tooth and barely slept but I’m back and still feeling good today!!

Feel your pain there. Ive got a 3 week old baby and a teething toddler right now.
