Well got in a late morning workout today. Crushed it and felt great! Hit my deadlift numbers. Could have went for more on my final set but decided not to push that hard there.
Tried a different approach to some standing calf raises with a single set followed by 3 rest pauses and continue. I did 13x290 followed by 4,4 and 3 more reps of 290.
Question for you guys. How do you go after the rest pause sets? How many rest pauses do you do? Do you aim for a total number of reps before and just do as many rest pauses as needed to hit the predetermined number?
How do you like "Wild Thing"?
Rest Pause - Some times I will have a number in mind and just do what I have to do yo hit it, other times a will pause twice and go to failure.
I like Wild thing! It has a really interesting consistency to it. It seems very sticky and I’ve never seen another pre like it but it hasn’t gone clumpy at all.
I have very solid workouts and get good pumps with it
I notice that gummy feature also, so I put mine in the freezer when I got it. I was afraid it would start to clump.

Well 30 days in. I did some measurements today and I’ve lost some inches, some good and some where I’d prefer not to. I’ll post them tomorrow

So a question for you guys from Strong... Today is day 1 of my second bottle and since the other two gentlemen logging didn’t notice much of a difference into the second bottle would you like me to up the dose or stay as is? I am totally fine doing either, it’s up to you guys.

Q: I don’t understand the need for 3 pills, if not much was noticed with the serving size protocol?
Is there something in the product that accelerates results with an increase in dosage?
I started Major Gains this week since I unfortunately pre ordered it. I'm starting my dosage at 8 pills per day for 45 days and hopefully I will get something out if it, and if not, well there's $80 wasted!

OHP are very difficult. I haven’t done them in a while since people are always using the rack on my shoulder day.

Day 39
Main lift I hit today was some squats. Dropping down some volume this week. Feeling a little burnt out the last couple days. Wasn’t feeling the gym today but got up and out after putting the kids to bed. Very solid workout and I’m happy I went.
Feel your pain there. Ive got a 3 week old baby and a teething toddler right now.Day 40
Main lift today was some deadlifts. I’m not using my normal template because I’m in a deload/reduced volume run. Horrible sleep last night, one of my kids is getting another tooth and barely slept but I’m back and still feeling good today!!
