It is definitely good information but we can not forget that a lot of people who are great at power lifting also tend to grow more from lower repetitions due to more Type 2 fibers firing faster and burning out more quickly and they can grow a much more dense type of musculature. I honestly grow best from 4-6 reps but my body can't handle that all the time any more. I have to use 6-8 as my sweet spot unless only going heavy for short bouts. I haven't even been able to do 6-8 recently. I am all about periodization now. Some heavy, some light, some moderate days.

Have you seen the LG T-Shirts Major, the one I have is pretty sick! I will say the one I saw for whoever make Titanium test booster is by far the best looking one I have seen to date; I want one of those even if I never take the product.

So quick update on my workout yesterday:

Wide, Very low(Almost as low as my flexibility would allow me):

For almost ATG this is definitely a record for me. The reason i dont consider this ATG is b/c ATG is a more narrow stance which allows you to go even lower. Wide stance you can only go so low beyond parallel, but its one hell of a leg workout

Quick set of calves then i went out to sprint
5 sprints:
1st sprint: 20 yards and jogged back

5th spring: ~171 yards and jogged back (probably 10 yards or so from the .1 mile mark i have measured out)

Quick update:
Yesterday was....well interesting. The workout was really ****ty but i did something
I warmed up
hit 335 for a double
hit 135 on incline for a total of 100 reps in about 6-8 minutes (more then 5 less then 9 wasnt keep track too accurately)
100 pushups
2 mile walk
Today I may not hit squats today b/c of the biochem test i have monday.
Diet starts tomorrow or monday....depending on food supply. Going to start prepping for my upcoming Super Swole Stack.
The maniac is being driven crazy by biochem and histology! lol How be urself big A?

I mean good luck bro! lol I really need to start leaning up again b/c i fear my little break from my last cut is starting to put some fat on my frame again...which saddens me. So time to tighten up the diet a bit and stop skipping cardio.

hey guys quick update..
Ive switched my diet to a strict keto diet staying with in caloric limits but taking in a gratuitous amount of fat. Im talking about 150-170 grams of fat and minimal carbs(usually found in cheese or little bits of bbq sauce but not over a 1-2 servings). Starting next week ill start being more rigid about my macro split, but for now i just wanna make the keto switch.
Protein is between 180-280. And my calories will stay between 2100-2500. I plan to stay around this range for a long time but switching my macro profile around to stave off my body accomodating and im hoping this will allow me to continue to get stronger. I will have cheat 1 cheat/refeed day a week, but i wont start this for another 2-3 weeks.
Workouts are suspended for this week. I have come to the realization that im physically burned out. I tried working out tuesday and today and i was just physicall out of it. So ill take the rest of this week to rest up and start fresh next week. Normally i need to take a week or so off every couple of months of beating my body to a pulp. So no biggy, ill be patient and come back stronger.
I will probably start 531 the minute i get back OR when i start my Super Swole Stack. I will probably stay consistent with the 531 for a long time(1-3 years str8) to achieve competition like form and strength. My form is horrible on bench(my ass lifts off the bench). Squat my only worry is depth. Deadlift needs to be a whole lot stronger.
Cardio will be 1-3 days a week right after lifting. Martial arts will be whenever my dad is free to train with me.
On the supplement front:
Maniac kicks @ss. I think its an excellent workout intensifier. It will be cycled accordingly form here on out. Im probably about a third through my tub so once im all rested up I can start up where I left off.
I am also going to start taking Rhodiola Rosea. Ive been reading up on this for awhile and i think it will be an overall good health supplement. It will definetly help with the stress of grad school so Ill give it a go. Im thinking 500mg a day(which is one pill).
Im also thinking about running the bottle of TCF-1 i got on sale for like 10 or 12 bucks. If i do run it ill run it fo 21 days with a strong B-complex and some chasteberry(high dose) to stave off any unwanted increase in prolactin.
My Super Swole Stack will be run starting the first week of Novemeber and will run for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks ill rest for 4 weeks and probably bridge with a non-hormonal based stack, then after 4 weeks ill hit up ANOTHER Super Swole Stack. I may repeat this one more time before taking another 1-2 month break from all advanced supplementation.
I'm guessing its CNS I used to lift heavy in the beginning and central nervous system works a bit different when doing heavier weights lower reps research indicates.
