Have you seen the LG T-Shirts Major, the one I have is pretty sick! I will say the one I saw for whoever make Titanium test booster is by far the best looking one I have seen to date; I want one of those even if I never take the product.
 
It is definitely good information but we can not forget that a lot of people who are great at power lifting also tend to grow more from lower repetitions due to more Type 2 fibers firing faster and burning out more quickly and they can grow a much more dense type of musculature. I honestly grow best from 4-6 reps but my body can't handle that all the time any more. I have to use 6-8 as my sweet spot unless only going heavy for short bouts. I haven't even been able to do 6-8 recently. I am all about periodization now. Some heavy, some light, some moderate days.

Yea it was def. the Maniac...hit another 3 scoops today and it gave me the drive to really push myself in bench today. It seems like i have a sweet spot between 2-3 scoops depending on the lift that day.

And with motivate 5 caps seems to put me into a whole nother zone. I actually take 4-5 caps before studying or class and my productivity SKY ROCKETS! I learn more, im way more focused and when studying im able to buckle down and get more then expected done. Its really a toss up...i can use it pre-workout...pre-studying...or just to give me that extra zip.


Todays workout was very productive. Hit a new PR on bench....ABOUT DANG TIME! lol

Took 2 scoops of whey...but i still had more endurance but no strength...so i went on walk for an hour nd 45 minutes.....then i stretched and decided to call it a day

Took another scoop of whey and 3 scoops of essentials.

Very nice. and the atg squats really hits the lower quads(and hams a glutes) like the parallel do not in my experience. Keep up the outstanding workouts Andre

Last night I was very close to not working out. It was late...i had a long day...but I had 2 and a half scoops of Maniac in my system that wasnt about to go to waste!!

Deadlift:

Work out: rest was re-chalking and grabbing a little water

That last set of 6 was a PR without wraps...with wraps...just an overall PR. The most I had done 430 was for 5 with wraps. Now I had hit 5 for several sets but I dont think ive ever gone over 5 until today

Went outside and hit 13 twenty yard sprints, jogging back between sprints. The way I measured this is i took 60 steps when i approximated to be around 1 foot each and called that my 20 yard mark. I took this measurement a long time ago so now I know and I dont have to measure every time before i sprint.

Again...im thinking about adding in Perform...Even though it is a strong Libido product there are ingredients in there that will add to my lifts. The only downside is that I am very single so the libido can be counterproductive in the whole trying to be productive with my young thing lol.

hit 135 on incline for a total of 100 reps in about 6-8 minutes (more then 5 less then 9 wasnt keep track too accurately)

100 pushups

2 mile walk

Today I may not hit squats today b/c of the biochem test i have monday.

Diet starts tomorrow or monday....depending on food supply. Going to start prepping for my upcoming Super Swole Stack.

Just 2.6weeks out from my next show feeling lean and semi mean. . haha when the bf starts to wither away and your left with almost nothing it gets kinda crazy goofy!! hahah. . .with that being said have dropped all of my weights dramatically so i don't injure myself! :32:

hey guys quick update..

Ive switched my diet to a strict keto diet staying with in caloric limits but taking in a gratuitous amount of fat. Im talking about 150-170 grams of fat and minimal carbs(usually found in cheese or little bits of bbq sauce but not over a 1-2 servings). Starting next week ill start being more rigid about my macro split, but for now i just wanna make the keto switch.

Protein is between 180-280. And my calories will stay between 2100-2500. I plan to stay around this range for a long time but switching my macro profile around to stave off my body accomodating and im hoping this will allow me to continue to get stronger. I will have cheat 1 cheat/refeed day a week, but i wont start this for another 2-3 weeks.

Workouts are suspended for this week. I have come to the realization that im physically burned out. I tried working out tuesday and today and i was just physicall out of it. So ill take the rest of this week to rest up and start fresh next week. Normally i need to take a week or so off every couple of months of beating my body to a pulp. So no biggy, ill be patient and come back stronger.

I will probably start 531 the minute i get back OR when i start my Super Swole Stack. I will probably stay consistent with the 531 for a long time(1-3 years str8) to achieve competition like form and strength. My form is horrible on bench(my ass lifts off the bench). Squat my only worry is depth. Deadlift needs to be a whole lot stronger.

Cardio will be 1-3 days a week right after lifting. Martial arts will be whenever my dad is free to train with me.

On the supplement front:

Maniac kicks @ss. I think its an excellent workout intensifier. It will be cycled accordingly form here on out. Im probably about a third through my tub so once im all rested up I can start up where I left off.

I am also going to start taking Rhodiola Rosea. Ive been reading up on this for awhile and i think it will be an overall good health supplement. It will definetly help with the stress of grad school so Ill give it a go. Im thinking 500mg a day(which is one pill).

Im also thinking about running the bottle of TCF-1 i got on sale for like 10 or 12 bucks. If i do run it ill run it fo 21 days with a strong B-complex and some chasteberry(high dose) to stave off any unwanted increase in prolactin.

My Super Swole Stack will be run starting the first week of Novemeber and will run for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks ill rest for 4 weeks and probably bridge with a non-hormonal based stack, then after 4 weeks ill hit up ANOTHER Super Swole Stack. I may repeat this one more time before taking another 1-2 month break from all advanced supplementation.

I'm guessing its CNS I used to lift heavy in the beginning and central nervous system works a bit different when doing heavier weights lower reps research indicates.

You very much could be right, my CNS may be a bit overworked from the heavy lifting. I wont argue that since its a valid argument and all the signs are present.

A little R&R will do that a lot of good granted I dont get too stressed with my upcoming histology exam.

And Im back!!!

Starting it off slow with the 531 program. Dropped all my maxes and Im ready to make some slow but progressive gains. I also started TCF-1 this past sunday to see how it will treat me.

Woke up and hit up some Maniac and got to work. Last night i didnt lift because i was taking a 2 exams from 7 until little past 10 pm. Got home and was very drained. So today I hit chest and the hit the main excercises I didnt hit last night

And Im back!!!

Starting it off slow with the 531 program. Dropped all my maxes and Im ready to make some slow but progressive gains. I also started TCF-1 this past sunday to see how it will treat me.

Woke up and hit up some Maniac and got to work. Last night i didnt lift because i was taking a 2 exams from 7 until little past 10 pm. Got home and was very drained. So today I hit chest and the hit the main excercises I didnt hit last night

Phew not today was fun! Now I had to split my workout into two parts. I quickly hit the heavy sets then ran to my sisters play(which she was phenomenal in, she has so much talent its almost sickening...to think what I have to train and practice day and night to achieve she does effortlessly...Yes I am a VERY proud brother...she is my little bundle of talent!! I am so happy she has the talent in the family, I dont mind having to work I just like seeing her thrive and hopefully become very successful)

So I hit the main 531:

Once I got that out of the way i jumped in the shower and went to the play.

When i got home I finished up in a very intense short burst:

Deadlift: minimal rest

Went outside and hit some sprints till I couldnt stand. And I mean that. I was literally so drained that i just made it into my front yard to collapse on my drive way. When I got up after maybe 5 minutes...the world was spinning but i grabbed a liter of water and went to my chair. Started drinking the water and probably 30-50 minutes later I was good as new. Ate 11 ounces of flank steak and called it a night.

If you noticed the weights Im using are quite light. That is because I dropped all my maxes by 10% and I will build back up.

Now they may seem light now...but I will note...my deadlift max several months back was 390...now I put it at 455. Bench was 360...and now its 365. That is AFTER reducing my maxes by 10%. So really I could easily have put these maxes at 405 for bench and over 500 for deadlift. But since I wanna do this right...i dropped the ego and I will slowly build up and let my strength far surpass my previous levels.

Why did i state that? Well all my strength gains from my SWOLE stack I ran back during my cut...not only did they stick around...but i got stronger after my SWOLE stack. THIS is why i love natural supplements. I dont lose my gains and i just keep building and building.

All i have to do now is tighten up my diet. My routine needs to to be tweeked a bit. And once all that is in line I'll start my new log...which will be my first serious log since my cut.
