Pectoral Beatdown
Seated Flat Hammer Bench Press
Warm up: 90 * 25, 180 * 20
Working sets: 230 * 15, 270 * 8, 8, 8 reps
Decline Dumbbell Flyes
Working sets: 50 * 15, 60 * 12, 12 [+ 10 press), 12 (+15 press) reps
High Incline Hammer Bench press
Warm Up: 90 * 20
Working sets: 180 * 15, 15, 15 reps
Machine Shrugs
Working sets: 400 * 20, 20, 20, 20 reps

Pec-dec Flyes [sloooow reps, peak contraction]
Working sets: 150 * 15, 15, 15 reps
Dumbbell Pullovers
Working sets: 80 * 15, 90 * 15

Flat Dumbbell Flyes [head off edge of bench for deeper stretch]

- Surprised to find my bodyweight at 249 lbs today, considering I had a shitty past couple days of eating. I've got ZERO appetite. Shakes is my primary source for nutrition, unless I choke down GoLean/Oatmeal w/milk, and turkey/cheese sandwiches.
- llooking leeeeean as hell, and with the pump, I'm looking pretty jacked. I don't have that bulky appearance whatsoever; people are even telling me that I'm looking considerably leaner, fuller and tighter, regardless of shirt I'm wearing; be it at the club or be it at the gym. So it's apparent that i've filled in. Nice vascularity going as well, and stomach is more toned that I can remember in a year or more.
- BAD, BAD, BAD NEWS: the GYNO is a bitch; the puffiness, f*ck !!!! I had the pump of a lifetime today, but couldn't take off any layers because the puffiness stood out through my white undershirt. Embarassing . . . downright embarassing. and my girl pointed it out this weekend !!!!!! I pulled up my shirt and showed her; told her it's puffy on and off during the day . . . I had no idea what it was. ANYONE GOT ANY GYNO EMERGENCY STACK SUGGESTIONS !??! It's primarily the puffiness that is an issue, but there is a 'built up' tissue-like thing a bit behind my nipple. P5P, Vitex, Caber and Letro ain't doin $#!T !
