Nobody Ever Drowned in Sweat II - GMG760's Natadrol stack

So I am getting down to the nitty gritty of this bottle of Natadrol. I had a great workout yesterday, got to the gym late, but the gym was empty, so I was stoked. Got 245x6 twice for decline bench, which felt pretty darn strong to me, I was able to do a dropset of 185x10 and 135x13 with the last set as well. Squats were strong too, got 275 for 6. This is all with working full body 3 times a week. Right now i have squats set up directly in the middle of my week, so my legs are already sore as hell from heavy leg press and lunges that I get on Mondays. This workout of Kleens is brutal if you give it your all... I have trouble sitting down and getting up from chairs, I have been sleeping in lately... just pushing at 100%.

The only thing that has been strange for me is the lack of arm exercises... I know that they are taxed heavily during the rest of the compound exercises, it's just different for me. I keep being astonished at how my arms are full and pumped even with the lack of arm exercises in this routine.

I've really enjoyed a "break" from major stimulants in my pre-workout, the Ghenerate and AP (although it includes geranium oil) does a great job for vascularity and muscle fiber stimulation. I get good focus from the geranium oil, but it's been kind of refreshing to not be (without a better way to describe it) cracked out and pacing around the gym.

My weight is up, I am at 205, which is again of about a pound a week. I am probably about .5 - 1.0% leaner. I leaned up a bit, but not too much. I have been eating well. :D

I have decided to stop my natadrol cycle as of tomorrow, not because I necessarily want to stop, but because I am thinking I am going to run a cycle of epistane before this summer, and I want to leave my body's hormones alone in regards to any suppression until then. I don't feel suppressed by the natadrol, but since LG says that it binds to the androgen receptor, I'll just stop for now. I have made good gains and honestly want to focus on leaning out a bit before the summer. I'm going to Hawaii with the girlfriend in late June, so I have a goal to work towards... whether I cycle before or after that... not sure yet. Epi requires a full on PCT, so I may err on the side of leaning down as much as I can for the vacation (I'll also be the most athletic because of this, we plan on doing a lot of hiking/biking/surfing/scuba), and I might be rather worn out after a cycle, and I doubt it would be easy or worth it to maintain my diet on vacation.

Awesome review G. Good decision to just go ahead and get lean and athletic to enjoy the physical activities of vacation and then do a full blown Epi run with complete PCT afterwards. The Epi is all lean mass anyways. You could lighten up on the diet, go heavy on protein, and add all pure beef to your frame on that cycle.

Natadrol+Goodies cycle final review

Gains - 202lbs start - 205lbs finish
Fat loss - probably 1% or so.
Strength Gain - 2-3 reps on most movements, about 25 lbs on my squat.

Where to start... well, I can't really say enough good things about this product. It gave a nice increase in aggression that I noticed first, probably about 5-6 days into the cycle. It was a mild aggression, I didn't yell at anyone or even feel like it, but there were a few workouts towards the end of the first week where I felt "on". I definately had a raise in my desire to hit the weights. Another really cool thing about this product is it has a bit of a nutrient partitioner (glycobol, slin, anabolic pump) feel to it, where you should eat when dosing, I tended to go a bit hypoglycemic if I didn't, which makes me thingk of a nutrient partitioner. It's my bet that this product will work great in conjunction with any of those three supplements. I also noticed a hardening of my muscles and my upper chest seemed to fill out a bit, much like what happens when one is on cycle. There was of course the now infamous natadrol urination... this stuff makes you go pee. I had a hell of a time seeing a movie with my girlfriend while one Natadrol... I had to keep getting up to go to the bathroom. Not that I am complaining, with all that urination comes a flushing of the body, which is allways good. Just stay hydrated and expect to need a bathroom or a bush nearby. :lol: I also had NO joint problems when going heavy with this supplement, and I have a bit of an issue with my right shoulder/elbow at times. I think that the addition of cissus in this product is great, and helps a lot to relieve any joint issues that might arise with the strength gains that it might bring.

I had no shutdown, my libido did raise a bit at the beginning, then after two weeks it was what I would consider normal. Today is my first day of "PCT"... if you can really call it that. There are no problems with performance and this supplement, nor do I predict issues with coming off of it.

I think that cycles of 8 weeks, perhaps even double dosed will be not unheard of, I ran six a day this time, if I were to run it again, I definately would experiment with 8... not because 6 was weak, but because 6 a day had NO side effects to speak of.

As a natural supplement, I give this an 8/10. I think that it is a great product, a novel idea, and that it works pretty darn well.

As a pro-hormone competitor I give it a 6.5/10. It's not superdrol, but it does have pro-hormone like effects. I heard of this compared to topical formestane, and I would say that is a pretty darn good comparison as far as gains are concerned. I also imagine it could rival a topical DHEA product in the same regard.

I imagine that a pound a week is pretty reasonable an assumption for gains, and that if one ran this 8 weeks and dieted and lifted correctly, that they could gain 8 solid pounds. Compare that with a 4 week cycle of a prohormone and we have the same gains, but in a more manageable timeframe to keep the gains, as well as less support supplements and PCT needed.

GHenerate/I-GH-1 Combo - Awesome rest. Great recovery and sleep quality. I have been sleeping like a rock for the past 2 months and I plan to keep this going for the next 4. Nobody has done a long term GHenerate log, and while mine is spread out over 2 logs, I am going to keep my 6 month adventure all written out in one log or another here. That means that this log will continue to be updated, probably once or twice a week with my thoughts about the GHenereate and IGH1. I do notice that I sleep better on the combo than I do on the GHenerate alone. I only dose the IGH1 at night, at 4 caps a night, monday - friday. I dose the GHenerate twice a day, 8 pumps, monday-friday. Workout days are pre-workout, Non workout days are pre-breakfast. I really like the GHenerate for my own self-discipline as well... since I spent the money, I might as well use it to it's potential, which means not eating before dosing it. So I have been much better about not eating before bed... which is a major downfall of my diet.

BC+EAA - Awesome sauce. 9.8/10 for my BCAA drink. Tastey, easy to get down, cheap, and a good ingredient profile... the best IMO.

Postal - Other than the fact that I don't like fruit punch, this stuff is good. An extra scoop or two of WMS and you are ready to go with a perfect post workout drink. Texture is great... we just need a grape flavor LG!!

I knew you would like this compound. Natadrol is very decent for a non-steroidal, plant-based androgen. Much better than I had anticipated. I was pleasantly surprised by its influences on strength and endurance. Especially the endurance.
I also leaned out and it appeared that my muscles turned into stone on this stuff.
I also gave the Natadrol an 8/10 in comparison to other natty products that I have experienced.

Natadrol? I imagine it wouldn't be terrible for you, I know Silver is doing just that. I personally wouldn't, just because I am a little less gung-ho about taking anabolics/androgens (natty or not) on a whim... I'd wait a few weeks personally, but no, I doubt you would do any real harm to yourself.
 
Yeah, you've got a point. I'll wait and see what he reports on that. You just always lose SOMETHING, and even if it's only a couple lb., it still sucks.

I am a week in to my Natadrol run and only had a 4 day break after PCT. So far I have had no sides to speak of from Natadrol and only some good signs starting to show.

Interesting. I'm actually about a week out from wrapping up pct, so I've been thinking about it myself. But I'll probably just skip it, as I'm starting Igf-1 and would really like to see how that goes on its own.
