Yea, four of them actually. I gave a lecture to the entire photography program at the school. It was pretty rewarding in of itself to do it, but it turned out I got paid at the end. I had agreed to do it without any agreement about pay, but I got handed a check at the end... I was pretty stoked. I want to teach the subject in the future... it will require me getting my masters degree, which is a few years off financially for me. In the meanwhile I think that participating in the education community in ways like this will help me get a better hold on whatever position opens up next in the area.Is it a photography class?

Nobody has ever approached me to take them. It's definitely a thought, I would probably have to go study nudes (cue the jokes but seriously though, that is how you learn to shoot the human form) again, I haven't shot anything like that since college. I really have to separate myself from the "less tasteful" side of photography. There is a pretty big difference between artistic nudes and pornography in a photographer's eyes, but the line is really thin in most observers minds. That being said, being a portrait/wedding/event photographer I have stayed away from shooting nudes just to keep my portfolio tasteful to even the most reverent eyes. Honestly the best photographers for physique photography would be those who specialize in artistic nudes. I have NO desire to shoot a bodybuilding show. Event photography like that bores the be-jebus out of me, and I am pretty sure that most magazines/bb'ing show coverage is a small community of the same photographers... breaking into bb'ing/fitness magazines would be somewhat difficult I imagine. One would probably have to assist, and my ego is honestly pretty big to go back to assisting. :shrug: Another thing is that I like separating my work from my pleasure. It's the reason that I am not a personal trainer... I would do them for a friend or if I was approached, but I would have to get a new DBA title so that I could separate work like that from the day to day work that I do at the moment.

I've been superdosing R-ALA, cissus, vitamin D3, vitamin C, taking sustain alpha (liqua vade), additional resveratrol (i have a dwindling stash of Giant's) and have not gotten "the flu' as of yet. Both of my parents and my younger brother have all had the swine flu and I've been in direct contact with them. Must be doing something right.

Hit the gym on Saturday, just went in and moved the weights around... no DC for me, I didn't have the drive really. I would say my strength was about 75%.... but it is gaining... appetite hasn't fully returned, I am having trouble being hungry for my in-between meals. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner I am good to go, but the in between stuff just sounds gross to me still. Nevertheless, I have been eating as much as I can get down.

I will begin logging my numbers again starting next workout, which should be Saturday for an upper body workout. I will finish my cycle on DC but I feel that it may have contributed to me getting sick, I may have just wore myself out. I think I am gonna take some time off from DC starting with my PCT for this cycle. From here on out I think I will be doing 6 week blasts, as I just feel that I am pushing my luck with these 8-10 week blasts. I am not sure what program I am going to run, I have thought about something like GVT or something along the lines of a workout involving more volume... anyone got any ideas? I could just go back to my old volume routine, and with a few tweaks I think I could make good gains on it again, I seem to have passed my old plateau. I would love to hear the opinions of you guys about the program that I should go with for a month or two before I resume DC.

Oh, yea... Mdrol caused us both to have a gyno flare up, and when I tried to run Tren it flared up again.I didn't mean sick sick - I forget whether it was you or timber that kept getting gyno flareups throughout various cycles. That's all I was referencing.

I know that was recanted and was restated they meant gyno, but I often get ill in the middle of a test boosting stack. Have no clue why but even my wife mentioned it last time. She was like you know you get that chest cold crap when you take those. I wonder if it is something to do with that or just the increased intensity causing recovery issues. Interesting either way. I supplement a lot with L Glutamine now to keep that at bay and it has been helping a good bit.

I only ask because low estrogen leads to a weak immune system. I'm actually quite worried about myself right now. I've been taking Letro to try to rid some gyno (I'm pretty sure it's not doing anything, but I'll give it the full run) and as you all know, Letro is uber freaking strong, and it IS flu season. I'm trying so hard not to catch anything. I've been loading up on Airborne, VitC, and Echinacea. I should probably get some Zinc, too.
