Could have/should have gone longer but the gym was packed and I had stuff to do. Some numbers are on par but I was surprised how hard the pressdown was and the pec fly wasnt good either. Lookin forward to MDXT, hope I get a nice bump in strength.

Sometimes time off helps. I was getting burned out last week pushing so hard, so I took this week off and can't wait to get back in the gym and hit it hard on Monday.

get to the gym as much as you can IMO. maybe it's just me and i'm just weird but taking time off has never helped me, it has only hindered me, and I try to take as little time off as possible. Especially on cycle. The main benefit to steroids is faster recovery. As long as you've got something that isn't sore, it can be trained.
