Hmm but I believe iread arimadex can cause acne I never used arima. Is known to increase test..... There was an article about it on here somewhere. imo anything producing change in estro or test has the potential for acne

This is the first oral ive used. Ive done test/tren before. Hard to assess this way. Doin monsterdrol XT here for 3 wks at 40/40/40 in like 10 days i think. Ill be able to make comparison between the sd and MDXT then. TBO without an injectable or a bridge into another oral to solidify the first orals gains i wouldnt run one.

Solid lookin today and yesterday. Veins were bulging outta my arms. I felt kinda tired today tho since ive had some sleep issues the past two nights. My protein bars are pretty awesome(chocolate raspberry) and have helped add some extra cals. Think im going to get through the weekend and start poppin the Monster!

Felt pretty good about this workout today. Wanted to do abs at the end but every decline bench was being used, the mat area was completely full both things for leg raises being used etc... Nothing new to report for sides or anything.

Sometimes time off helps. I was getting burned out last week pushing so hard, so I took this week off and can't wait to get back in the gym and hit it hard on Monday.
 
i would never take a whole week off- to long imo

3-4 days caused me to gain 4 lbs though

anyhow started Monsterdrol. running 40/40/40. Unfotunately snowmaggedon 2011 hit today and I cant make it to the gym. hopefully stuff is cleared by tomorrow
 
get to the gym as much as you can IMO. maybe it's just me and i'm just weird but taking time off has never helped me, it has only hindered me, and I try to take as little time off as possible. Especially on cycle. The main benefit to steroids is faster recovery. As long as you've got something that isn't sore, it can be trained.

Felt ok about this today. I did start having some serious headaches last night and couldnt sleep. I didnt get as much water in yesterday as I normally do and I suppose its the MDXT goin to work. I was thinking that at 40/40/40 Id have 6 extra caps of something Theyre never making again.... so maybe 40/40/50 would be interesting and would finish off the bottle. Im going to see where Im at after 10-12 days and decide.

Alright the pens won and more importantly the Steelers crapped on the Ravens! and naturally I took someone for a little trip down to pound town afterwards. Pretty nice little Saturday.

So today is the seventh day of MDXT. After coming off SD my weight stagnated at 179. So after a week of the monster Im up to an astounding 180.... By this point I feel pretty let down. That pound could be nothing.... it could be muscle, but then again with test and tren also in the mix hard to say it isnt solely from that. Im feelin like im not going to reach my goal and that is pretty disheartening. I kinda want to just drop monsterdrol and immediately switch to another oral.

Anyhow today im gonna hit some chest here in a little so I need to get the cobwebs out haha.

Still tired and yawned through this workout. I already bumped cals by 500 with the gainer but I suppose Ill add another 500 in whole foods. The SD piled weight on in the first week with less cals though.

So this one chick ive been talking to has asked me to come to "family dinner" apparently an Italian tradition for Sunday evenings. Cant wait to get grilled.... well if nothing else Im sure the food will good.
