Same here, my family is big on carbs for side and main dishes. I go light and eat extra protein.

I engulfed an entire large meat lovers pizza for my fast breaker today...so nanny nanny boo boo... stick your head in doo doo :nana:
 
Many laughs were had in catching up since my last post. I would rep them all, but I'm on the iPad and about to pass out.

6 hour haul to IL, last night, gone all day for a rehearsal dinner, and wedding all day, tomorrow.

Man I feel like crap.
A mix between over training and too much time on my feet I think.
I hit legs hard the other day, then took the gf to the mall to buy her a dress for a couple weddings we're going to this season. Two hours of searching and no dress. Then yesterday I got to walk around for 2-3 hours on my sore legs looking for a dress in another town, and again no luck. On top of that I didn't get enough sleep. I am drained.
And now my fat burner is kicking in and making me feel like crap lol.

So...I'm in Mexico, had some drief Beef and 6 whole egg plus tomato/onion/peppers for breakfast (all that in an omelette :sombrero:)...And oh yeah got hit from behind on my Parents Z4...

Any news? Has the first world of America changed since I left last night? Is Blake now shaving and did Justin Grow a fur?

Yes they do, but being that Onions, Peppers and Tomatoes are the color of the Mexican flag, here they call them "Huevos a la Mexicana" or..."Mexican Style Eggs" , add the "Machaca" (drief minced beef) and BOOM! Yummmmm, had to pass on the home made tortillas though...no carbs allowed for this days here haha.

Nope, my parents are on Vacation and we wanted to spend it at the Beach House in Mexico. I am American and European by passport and parents...(Born in the US , dad is Spanish and mom is Mexican American) so yeah...Not deported :) merely making use of my moms mother country :D!
