Not eating anything...


...waiting to hear back from the lab I usually do my work at to see if they have access to all the tests I need, so I can go get blood drawn. Gah. Coming up on 19 hours of fasting.
 
Ended up with 21 hours fasted by the time it was all said and done lol

Had about 30 tests done. Hope they'll be in before next week is up.

I did a 40+ hour fast before/after my colonoscopy.

I can fast for quite a while. I just was hungry, today, since I lifted so hard, yesterday.

2.5 lbs ground beef, one yellow onion, one green bell pepper, one red pepper, 1 tsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp chili powder, eyeballed some cumin, some other spices like Mrs. Dash, 2 cans fire roasted diced tomatoes, 1 cup black black coffee...I think that was it. Slow cooked over night for 8 hours. Mmmmm!!!!

I think once they moved this great thread they knew I was lazy and would find it difficult to manipulate my fingers to click general conversation. Could be the Havoc.
 
Oh hi guys! I have been absent for about three days because work has been hectic.

I had to get counselling because the hole in my heart which was created by my own lack of attendance in here and at the HQ.
