Except when I found out my client emailed <another retailer> 4 times and had no reply. Then I went nuts on Schizm's arse.

If someone asks me why they haven't received an email or something like that I chase it up immediately and keep in contact until it happens.

I doooo care...sorry it's getting muddied from all my 'hysterical' comments ;) I'm back on this now and will get an answer...here's where it went askew, you posted he ordered elsewhere...then I saw you say it was OOS...then saw Bruce mention he could send you a couple tubs...and then I got distracted by a wombat and thought it had worked itself out....my apologies :sad2:

In all fairness, I did say I'd buy some and ship it to you at the USA prices! Which I HAPPEN to still have a few extra tubs!!! That we could take out in trade!!! What that sounded bad...

I already told you, you don't have to repay the last favor. In fact you did me a favor taking the stuff. I couldn't use it and it would just have rotted on my shelves.
