I was sunbathing on holiday and a cherry dropped from the tree into my mouth.

30 minutes later I felt my liver glycogen levels were overflowing, I ran around the swimming pool shouting "INSULIN RESISTANCE! INSULIN RESISTANCE!"

The panic was so great I actually had a pretty good cardio workout so I think I burned the cherry calories off. It was an emotional rollercoaster of a day.

I don't go on holiday anymore. Best not to risk it.

Not surprising that Tim just noticed though! As much as him and Bruce have been neglecting us in here, it's understandable. But not acceptable.
