Nate has some good points here. For the HCGenerate fans, bridge is an excellent alternative when it is out of stock. They are very similiar to one another, so if you like HCGenerate you will like Bridge:D

The protein is a hell of a deal with the sale too.

Tried my skeletal balm for the 1st time on squat day the other day. I rubbed some on my knees front and back. I use knee sleeves on squat days as well. The combo of both was nice no pain in my knees and helped me have a solid squat day. I was able to focus more on lifting and less on knee pain.

I usually take two days off after squats and deads due to being super sore. I gave skeletal balm a try and rubbed it on my sore quads and hammies before I went to bed last night to help with soreness. I still woke up sore not as bad as usual though. So I stretched my legs real good and used more balm on my legs. My hammies didn't feel sore at all after that and i was able to get in a solid shoulder back workout after taking just one day off.

Stuff is sweet so far I'm not going to push it to far though so i don't overtrain.

Does it actually help you're muscles recover faster or is it just masking the soreness?
