Not what I had in mind I was just thinking there must be a point where X amount of supplements would be valued > 1000 yet less expensive for Need2 to doll out than having to part with 1000 dollars cash....

Speaking of S4 that is part of my battle plan....
 
I am going to work out my battle plans of attack for this today... lots of goodies to consider running!!! If anything this will help me stay on track and push myself harder.

DO we have to have one of the products in our intro photos, or just at any time during hte transformation process? I honestly can't afford to buy any need2 supps for a few more weeks. However, I will be using them at some point during this process...

Requirements for entry are.
1. You must go to our NTBM forum and start your very own NTBM competition log. The title of your thread must be " your forum name+ Needtobuildmuscle Contest Log. NeedToBuildMuscle & MrSupps

2. In the start of your thread you must post 3 poses of your self. Use tinypic.com to host the picture and then post them in the very first post of your thread. IN every picture you "must have a Needtobuildmuscle,Mrsupps.com, Rlssupplements.com, or Brutalalchemy.com product in the picture and it can not be photo shopped in. One of these porducts must be included into the pictures of your self some how. This will let us know the pics are up to date as well as let us know you Use our products. You can get these products from nutraplanet or any of the stores. Does not matter where you got them just get them in the pics. Here are the

3 required poses

A. Abs & Thighs Pose
B. Crab Most Muscular
C. Rear Double Bicep

4. If another sponsor/company joins in on this comp then you must also post about them sponsoring the comp in your log. If you have used any of there products feel free to also say so in your log. Lets show anyone who also wants to pitch in some love.


That is all you need to do to entire the contest. Then to stay in the comp you must log your program and progress at least one time a week from now till April 25th..The contest will end on Apr 25th at which time everyone who is in the comp must have there ending pictures post in there thread. Same poses.

Now what you must do is start your thread in our NTBM forum on this site.

And then come post a link to that thread here in this thread...

At the end of the competition I will make a new thread in this section. I will list all of your names and a link to your thread. Nate- sorry I need a little help with reading comprehension! I was so excited seeing this that I just posted up and didn't grasp all the requirements. I'll get some pictures at the beginning of next week. I guess its a good thing I lost some weight these past 2 weeks, will only help when I gain it all back, and then some!

My transformation would just be losing fat. I don't have a lot of muscle. Are you guys looking for stuff like this or is geared toward muscle gains? Btw i'm easily 30% fat

The contest is for the best transformation. That can be bulking, cutting, recomping, whatever you choose man. If you are 30% BF and want to "transform" yourself get in on it bro!

I think you would have a great shot at it if you can drop a lot of BF within the time man. If you have your diet, training, and NTBM supps in check, you might be able to get yourself in shape and get paid for it too..

I'm a bit confused on how much detail we're suppose to provide pre Jan 25. It wasn't really indicated in the main rules. I could start my log on full speed today, but I'm just not sure if Jan 25 is a soft or hard start date.

Ya you can start logging now. Any chages made from the day pics are posted till the time the contest is over counts. So people getting them up early and getting to work have the advantage.
