I just started working out in the gym in a serious way. Ive always been in good shape, I was a marine and now a cop so I run alot, push ups and all that, but just started the gym. I would like to put on 10 or 15lbs of muscle. My question is what supplements to take. I take protein and creatine, but which are the best to take. Which ones are all hype and a waste of money? i have diff people telling me diff things, and dont know who to listen to. Should I be taking more of a stack? Any help or advised would be welcome.
