need a little help

I just started working out in the gym in a serious way. Ive always been in good shape, I was a marine and now a cop so I run alot, push ups and all that, but just started the gym. I would like to put on 10 or 15lbs of muscle. My question is what supplements to take. I take protein and creatine, but which are the best to take. Which ones are all hype and a waste of money? i have diff people telling me diff things, and dont know who to listen to. Should I be taking more of a stack? Any help or advised would be welcome.
 
Food is much much more important that ANY supplement.. That means chow down on the beef and carbs!! Once you get down the eating part, then should you bother with supplements. For a good test booster go with testopro or phytotestosterone. For an excellent OTC AI got with topical formestane. Prime is supposed to be good at high dosages. But more importantly is your calory intake per day; it must stay above maintenance for you to bulk. Your maintenance intake for the day is around 3000. So, shoot for 3500-4000 calories per day.
 
What kind of protein and creatine are you currently using? After we have that info, we could help point you in the right direction.
 
drop no x and add some jacked or muscle marinade
or if you want a good (real) NO pump go with hemavol, plasmajet, plasmatic, or enoxide
some creapure or kre alkalyn (personal fav).
and a ton of food
maybe some m-stak, arachidonic acid, natural sterol complex, and maybe some natadrol or prime.
also i think but im not sure but i have heard that lg sciences "prohormones" are not hormonal or androgens but natural . i could be completely wrong but i heard lg is full of sh1t when they say they are PHs.

definitely get ur diet, protein and creatine first, after that look into supps taht have nutrient partitioning proteperties like Phyto-test or if you like the hormonal route Dermacrine and testpro are great

it's amazing to me how many other posters on here suggest brand name items that cost a crap load of money when all you need is like you said, protein food and creatine, and not all that other stuff.
 
Is there a certain creatine that is good? any to stay away from? I take Evolve XL (friends advise) is that a good creatine?

yes, lets recommend over priced creatine blends.......op, just stick with creatine mono, it's cheap and you'll get a sh**load of it for low money. the only thing i would add to it is beta-alaine (spelling is wrong there) and that's cheap too

Beta Alanine is where it's at. It's good for endurance, so you can get that last pump out. I think the caffeine tabs is a cheap solution if you must have a stimulant.

Speaking of bulk... Just ordered my creatine mono and beta alanine from Nutraplanet. Should be here in the next couple of days :fing02:

So any brand of Creatine mono or Beta Alanine u would recommend? And yes I looked at it on nutra planet, I almost jumped out of my chair when I saw how much cheaper the creatine mono was compared to what Im using now. Thanks
 
I just ordered 500 grams of Creatine and 500 grams of Beta Alanine. 30 bucks well spent!!

Oh just to let you know, the beta alanine gives a lot of users the tingles, but that decreases the longer you use it. I used to use threshold by optimum nutrition, but it was 20 for 200 grams, buying from np will save you some serious cash

i would suggest creapure.I know a few companies make it the only one that comes to mind is PP though. They also sell beta alanine. Trustworthy stuff. I also like Dymatizes Micronized Creatine or Carnage by MST

any bro, i use NOW Foods but it doesn't matter......that's like asking who's asprin is better.....it's asprin it doesn't change
