    Ok for a first cycle I would recommended something like H-Drol from competetive edge labs. It is great for a first timer due to its ability to produce outstanding gains while yielding little to no side effects. Run H-Drol for 4 weeks at 50mgs per week. If you feel the need to, bump up the dosage to 75 in weeks 3 and 4(25mg capsules). As far as support supps, you will need something like Anabolic Innovations cycle support because most prohormones are methaylated and liver toxic. Run the cycle cupport during your cycle and throughout pct. Now for your pct, H-drol is pretty mild in terms of shutdown. You probably dont need a serm and can get away with an otc pct. I-force reversitol is the best otc pct supp availible. I would use that along with Anabolic Innovations post cycle support and your all set bro.
    I just made a post titled " New to prohormones" My stats are I worked out in high school alot then I stopped. But now I have been working out hard for about 4 months and I have been taking Cell tech, Protein powder, Creakic, Gakic, and Nano Vapor. I have seen decent gains but would like to see more. I am 5"11 183 pounds and my BF% is around 12. So any help would be awesome on what a good first cycle might be. And all the precauitions I need to take as far as like PCT. Thank you very much. I really want to get to about 210 to 215 and drop some BF% in the process.
