same issue with the lower abs and the obliques were possibly tighter then, however I wasnt exactly following any sort of diet so I didnt really expect to see a change

That's what I'm say'n. A 2D picture can't give justice to just how large a lean 270 is. The biggest guy I know (who juices) is 260, not as solid as NCAA, so a good amount is fat, but still effing beastly. 270 lean is, why the hell aren't you suiting up for this NFL season?
 
Day # 4

First let me tell you that when the say drink lots of water they mean it. I think my problem might be that I need to start drinking tons of water a day or two before. Day 1 ended like a horrible hangover, just awful headache in bed not wanting to take natadrol ever again. This is something I experienced with an SD clone before so I pushed through it. 3 Gatorade's a gallon of water and a bottle of pedialite later and now Im much better. I left my workout notebook at home :grumpy: but it seems slightly better than last weeks numbers, HS bench at 450x6 PR. I know I am susceptible to the placebo effect but I feel stronger. Workout log to come shortly.

Alpha feeling / Confidence - Moderate to High
Strength - High
Recovery - Not sure yet as today is my off day I’ll know better tomorrow
Aggression - Either its really high or every driver on the road is an idiot
Appetite - Same
Libido - High/Same :32:
Sleep Quality- Good
Pump - Good pumps in the gym so far
Energy levels - High given I havnt had caffeine since starting
Endurance- Very High I cant seem to stop in the gym
 
Also I should note I missed a workout on day 1 due to the dehydration/crappy feeling, but I made up for it the following day and yesterday was a real good workout. Also I don't know what the GHenerate is doing since I haven't done any days without it to see if theres a difference, but it tastes good, and from now in I hope its assumed I am talking about the Natadrol and GHenerate combo, since I will be doing one with the other.
 
Did the headache hit you in the gym? About 3 days into my natadrol cycle first set of squats boom immense headache. I started chugging water and it subsided about 45 minutes and i was able to finish my workout but it returned later after my second dose. This went this way for about 3 days and now its gone. But its wierd because i only drink water and an occassional tea with dinner. So i am always very hydrated to say the least. I wonder if maybe anything in natadrol can cause any BP issues?? It was wierd but i pushed through it and im glad you did as well. Im about 12 days in now and still havent noticed too much other than some better vascularity and a very welcome elevated mood. But from all the reading ive done any day now i should start noticeing some strength I HOPE.

Nice, well thats good it was just dehydration and a simple fix. Maybe my situation was something different... But i did however also up my water intake just incase. I also started taking hawthorne berry extract incase there was any sort of BP increase just to be safe.
 
Interesting I have not heard anyone mention anything regarding BP issues with it before. The water thing gets to you quick you pee youself out before you know it.
 
I did some research and I read that buffaloes need to drink up to 10-12 gallons of water a day. I think you need to crack that whip on the H20 my friend.

I wasnt even going to mention it until saw him post sort of the same issue. So i gt curious but It subsided every time so im glad! It was wierd feeling and was really the only thing i could think would effect me like that. But who knows since i never took my BP to verify. But your right Im waking up through out the night to pee.

But on a better note natadrol just magically kicked in over night! So look out around the begining of your week 2 man. Maybe im just lucky and am responding well. But none the less it was noticable today in the gym setting new PR's and i was short rested to boot.

Nice workouts NCAA, Reece great news on the Nata kicking in. @ weeks sounds about right to me. I can feel it about 7-10 days in. Others around 2 weeks but the size comes gradually having a lot to do with frequent urination you don't see the new muscle as scale weight until your water regulates or muscle growth overcomes water loss.

Specific Attributes: Overall good feeling, Ive been sleeping great lately, probably due to cutting out alcohol since beginning this stack
Alpha feeling / Confidence - Moderate works been stressful they just fired the plant mgr

Recovery - Good considering Im really pushing myself in at least one exercise a workout
Aggression - High but again a lot of that is coming from the stress at work
Appetite - Actually it seems to be less, I dont feel like snacking as much between meals
Libido - Same
Sleep Quality- Excellent
Pump - Good pumps, not the muscle exploding ones Im waiting for but good still
Energy levels - High possibly from better sleep
Endurance - High

Thanks I probably should state its alternating front and behind neck with each rep its one of my fav lifts
 
NCAA - I never noticed a crazy pump while on Natadrol unless I threw in some Anadraulic Pump with my AS-GT. Some might but don't be thinking you will be getting crazy DS style pumps. Just my experience, thought you might want to know. Instead you will get crazy recomp and strength gains, fair trade?

For me one week in the most noticeable thing was the enhanced mood and good sleep. But i chalk the sleep to ghenerate. I also havent gotten any wild pumps but im keeping them longer than usual and my muscles are much fuller and harder to the touch. So thats all positive in my book. Keep killing it man cant wait till it really kicks in for you.

Thanks yea the sleep and the longer pump is what I should call it. I like the pumps I get its been 4 days since pull workout and my bis are rock hard flexed but I miss that muscle hard even when relaxed feeling in the gym. I am putting the anadraulic pump order in now

Dude, regarding the headache you got - Natadrol made me hypoglycemic as hell. I learned very much the hard way that I needed to take it with food, as well as drink a lot of water.

Same here, but only for the first couple of weeks. I thought for sure I'd be clinically obese by the end of the run my appetite was so stimulated (and late at night as well). I would get that veracious hunger, where I just needed sugars, however it came. That however, only lasted a couple weeks. Now, my hunger is normal.

Mind you, when those overwhelming hunger pains were occurring, I was still on stims at the time to boot, so that veracity still struck in spite of being on fatty burners.
 
Went to a local chain store today thats usually real good at getting supps in, to see if they had any amadraulic pump, they didnt but the reason im posting is the had the trifecta stack on clearance for 50bucks so i picked it up... possibly a log for the future

Nice, sounds like it is beginning to do it's thing. Take it with food bt keep in control of your calories especially if trying to recomp. Just because you feel like you need to eat doesn't mean it is so. Eating with it isn't a bad idea though. I did the whole way through.
 
270 pounds im used to fighting hunger urges. Headed to the gym now then work ill post a wo and week review tomorrow.

Haven't used NO Infuse yet NCAA, but did ASGT+AP and WOW. At your weight, I would suggest 3-4 scoops of ASGT with 4-5 AP.

I am really noticing the recovery now. I put in 1.5 hours in the gym pushing as heavy weights as I ever have before and I find myself in the locker room wondering why Im going home and not back up to the weight room.

Specific Attributes:
Alpha feeling / Confidence - High
Strength - High (added an extra plate to my spider row last night now problem) :buttkick:
Recovery - Pretty awesome :slaphappy:
Aggression - High/Normal
Appetite - Cant tell, I think its a little higher but its not crazy cravings I was expexting from others logs
Libido - Normal
Sleep Quality- Great!
Pump - Good, getting better
Energy levels - High
Endurance - ? IDK most of my lifts are in the 6-8 rep range Good I guess
Body Composition / Fat Loss or Muscular Gains weight changes - 271.8lbs at the gym last night, negligible gain in weight. My muscles seem to feel harder.
