I don't know exactly what you're expecting but these aren't gonna feel anything like a steroid haSo far so good I'm just waiting for the real "kicks in sensation" lol
I don't know exactly what you're expecting but these aren't gonna feel anything like a steroid ha
sure i know but usually with other supps i felt like really kicking in after 2/3 weeks, also, the libido spiked really up and i am expecting to see that effect in terms of strength and mass as well.
for example with abe/erase/alphat2 i felt a big difference between first 3 weeks and from the 4th on, i was much much more lean and i was feeling incredibly strong, i was able to eat much more and to get ripped as fu**, so what i am saying is that it is too early to enjoy the full benefits of the products i am stacking now, that is what i think.
i know perfectly that i won't feel anything like oxandrolone,i am not expecting that
For me the big difference is just that its more of a gradual build of strength/mass/etc... there just doesn't seem to be that "WOW" type of moment with natty supps. They just get better slowly over time.

wow that's crazy, old erase pro made my joints ache big time. but that's a sign it worked lol
you mean erase? That's arimistane you listed there.so guys, today my legs are ****ed and that is good ahahahah, i am feeling more restored so probably the supps are acting on that side as well, one more thing i wanted to say is a will finish the ABE new formula and i will go back to ABE old formula, that was working much better for me.... androst-5-ene-17-one-3B-7B-diol i guess is more effective on me, this is my personal thinking and feeling, maybe on you is much better the new one i don't know i can only say what works better for me![]()

ah you're right. I just see androst and usually stop there and assume arimistane since that's usually the convo hanono, that is ABE old formula compound, i know it seems the same but they are different, erase has Androsta-3,5-diene-7,17-dione old ABE has androst-5-ene-17-one-3B-7B-diol talking about old ABE
5-Androstenediol (androst-5-ene-3β,17β-diol or 5-AED) is one of two androstenediols, the other being 4-androstenediol.
5-Androstenediol is a direct metabolite of the most abundant steroid produced by the human adrenal cortex, dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA). 5-Androstenediol is less androgenic than 4-androstenediol, and stimulates the immune system. When administered to rats in vivo, 5-androstenediol has approximately 1/70 the androgenicity of DHEA, 1/185 the androgenicity of androstenedione, and 1/475 the androgenicity of testosterone.[1]
during my mag run I never had much of a hunger increase (I'm starving all the time anyways ha) but I added 100kcals every week and kept getting leaner while slowly gaining weight so is say go for it, just go slowSo today was shoulders day Shoulders shoulders press 4x8+1 overloaded x6 shoulder press with bar 3x8 lateral raises 4x8 overloaded + 1 set to burnlateral alternate raises this ones slow, really slow + isometric 4x8 front raises 4x8 front raises with cable 4x8 bent over raises with cables low 3x8 bent over raises with cables high 3x8 Nothing really to log as the strength and others parameters were pretty much the same as yesterdayI had my lunch with fish today just to eat some real fatty acid instead of taking always caps
Tomorrow will be my rest day I did increase actually some weights like 2kg so good good My hunger is still going up guys and I'm still wondering if increase my macros Any suggestion would be appreciated
rest time now and again is a huge help. Sometimes it's the body that needs a break but other times it's your mind/cns. It can be very difficult to mentally justify it though but it will almost certainly help you. If I were you, to get the most out of it, I would take at least 5 days off of everything physical. Cardio and abs included. This will give your mind and body a real break and ensure that you actually recover as opposed to just giving up the weights and then still putting some stress on your body. Mentally this is better too if your struggling to justify taking off as it will give you the most recovery in the least time. When you come back you will feel refreshed, reinvigorated, and often times even be stronger then you were before. Diet wise, it might be good to relax a bit too. Maybe just don't count your cals as tightly and allow a few (small) indulgences. You're not gonna gain 50lb in a few days so that's not a big deal and your body can use the extra food to help recover even further.thanks a lot booneman77 i'll add 100kcal and see how i'll feel, ill start adding some carbs only no fat and no proteins, proteins ar already enough. today its my rest day guyshappy ahahah but i miss the gym tho lol one more question i was asking, i wanted to do next week of "rest" away from weights, its been like more than 2 years which i've never been resting, so i was thinking, maybe its going to add some benefits? so id like to do just cardio 1h a day and abs 2 times in the next week, how does it look? is it too much? is it wrong? what about the supplements? should i stop during the resting week or should i keep taking them? calories wise? same? thanks! PS the salmon is in the oven ahahahhaha
You seem to be going balls to the wall on cardio, you will burn out very quickly doing 1.5 hour sessions. Trust me.
It's to keep up my breath for fighting but I guess I can do 40 instead and increase 100 cal
I agree with you and that's what I am scared of, I can't just keep doing cardio for one week, that would mean doing 3 times the cardio I was doing before so you made me think about this properly, you and the other guys here, I'll take a break completely and I'll keep the diet as it is, right now my macros and diet is going well, if you have a look at some post above I posted the progresses since starting, also macros and diet is written at the very beginning and it's good based on my body composition. Although you right, can't do 6 days of cardio so ill do just a break, trying to keep the muscles![]()
good plan. A week off of cardio isn't going to hurt your conditioning at all. In fact the rest will probably help you.I agree with you and that's what I am scared of, I can't just keep doing cardio for one week, that would mean doing 3 times the cardio I was doing before so you made me think about this properly, you and the other guys here, I'll take a break completely and I'll keep the diet as it is, right now my macros and diet is going well, if you have a look at some post above I posted the progresses since starting, also macros and diet is written at the very beginning and it's good based on my body composition. are you taking a multi then? Or even look into a greens supplement. It's not as good as natural veggies but your body still needs the nutrients, especially in a deep deficit and with hard training.I would appreciate your suggestions then, I'm here to learn and I do accept all kind of suggestions. I thought saturated fats were not healthy, I'm taking lots of omega 3/6/9 and rapeseed oil is that not enough? Should I eat more red meat and saturated fat? I'm not eating lots of veg cause I cant I get sick when I do so I try to eat salad asparagus celery cocumbers and things like that
