Nah bro, it's not the time. I could make the time. I just can't eat much more than snacks and work outside sweating my nuts off. We used to eat lunch but it slowed us down so much that it just wasn't worth it. It made me feel like sh1t to work on a full belly too.
Here is what I was able to do though,
Breakfast,
3eggs, 1/4green pepper, 1/3 yellow onion, 4 slices turkey bacon
Then snacks
one of those lite protein bars 2.5/29/10 fat/carb/protein, but while I was in the truck I was reading the package and the sh1t had partially hydrogenated sunflower oil or some such crap. I like my oil to stay solid, thx.....won't be being that one again

3 bananas
2 1 cup greek yogurt with 30 grams honey
Water bottle filled with 10 grams BCAAs, 100 grams WPI.

I ate that during the day,
then for dinner ate 2 whole beef burger, 1 cup baked beans, 1.5 cups pasta salad.
I weighted myself after this meal
Got any ideas that would fit the situation?
I don't carry a cooler either. I just froze the yogurts and took them with me.
I know its been said but the fact that your back looks so good it needs to be said again. NICE WORK. Your gear is working sure, but your hard work is what is paying off here. Looking forward to seeing final results.

A lot of guys are likely to read this thread in the future and go, "Wow. That gear sure did transform morry's physique." BULLSHIT!! Morry changed morry's physique. The gear only helps to increase nitrogen retention and protein synthesis to allow a lifter to accrue muscle size during increased stress upon the muscles and then helps to retain it during the reduction of bodyfat.
It's the food and the training that builds the muscle. The gear only assists this process.
These same guys that will read this thread and give all the glory to the gear will make the horrible mistake of using gear themselves with no where near the results that morry got. Then they will blame their gear.

I have a feeling though, TG that the reason you do get it, is quite possibly because you've been doing what I discovered 3 or 4 years ago. You've been training hard for some solid years. You have a great physique (no homo) and the lifting numbers you have shared are nothing short of remarkable.

Ed, you and TG recognize the bitter sweatness of working out. I see your workouts and the amount of sets......Jesus. No wonder you've stacked on 40+lbs since you started your cycle. That's killing it every freaking day. You guys give me some motiviation to keep pushing myself.

I think TG, Ed, and yourself all understand the proper place gear holds in our physical fitness.
I'm not a member of a gym so most of my conversations regarding fitness happen right here on AM. I only READ about guys thinking thier stuff is bunk. I have wondered why some guys on gear expect thier body to be delivered inside of a 25 gauge needle and syringe holding a couple mls of gear. :nana: They didn't get the memo......there ARE NO SHORTCUTS.
Gear enhances all of it. The pain with the power. The sufference with the fatigue. The burn with the pump. It all feels the same, you can just take the same work and compress it into a much tighter time table.
It's good to know that there are some out there that don't look at me and just think "steroids"
I had a question recently asking me if my back looked like that before AAS. So I posted a pic of my back before and you could see that the main difference was vascularity and some definitoin, but both showed hard work. I wasn't offened at the least by the question and was happy to answer/prove that AAS did not grow me a freaky looking back. I've had one mofos, I just needed to chisel that son of a bitch some more.
If being ripped was in a needle all those that are "scared of needles" woud quickly find themselves becoming the minority or just getting over it. Diet, training, recover.
To the best of my recollection during this cycle I have:
Had one 3 day break
2 or 3, 2 day breaks, the rest 1 day. Most of the time at least cardio was done on a rest day of 2-4 miles.
3 cheat meal
I've had baked chicken/turkey about 65 out of the last 70 nights.
Been sore pretty much all over
It's a challenge, but it's worth it!

weight 205 (-1) but down 3 from yesterday
I think I crammed 5 days worth of working out into just one day. Sun up to sun down again.
Weight held in there at 205, only 3 down. My water intake was ok during the day, we didn't really stop a whole lot, but I only noticed my pee a little more yellow once and I started drinking more and more water. I ended up pissing about 6 fukking time. You know how hard that is when there is no bathroom?
Anyhow, I'm not calculating the calories, but I'm thinking I got it about this time with my fook intake before during and after working day like that. Down 3 lb sounds like a lot, but I was baking in the sun and i'm sun burnt. I had to lose water weight and I'm assuming most of the weight I lost is water weight.
I'm going to have to plan back days a little better. Lifting real heavy this weak on DeadLifts and then shoveling a ton of concrete will make you happy your core is solid. If I didn't have a well trained core, today would have been murder. My back still ached, but it was very managable.
Pinned 37.5mg suspension left delt. Painless. Not even sore throughout the day. Tomorrow only pinning HCG and last pin of HCG.
Tomorrow I have some yard work to do and i'll prob go to the park and knock out a couple miles.
No sides unless.
