Yeah, I got burned by the Bola for sure. The AndroSeries seems suspect too, especially at that price. We'll see if "science" and "theory" are better than "experience."

You know, creatine monohydrate is better than anything because it's been studied more :rolleyes:

I saw some bloodwork at PHF from a guy that did 4 weeks of Boladrol and his ALT/AST and Test were in normal ranges, not even suppressed.

Yeah, Boladrol is free of sides, positive or negative! Of course I'd get banned from PHF if I said anything over there, but whatever...
 
I saw this about bola coming. sometimes on paper and in real life don't match up.reminds me of the redskins back in the early 00's they had a great team on paper but that was it.

Well, the beta-testers who got a liquid suspension did get something that worked, I believe. However, something happened on the way to production that didn't work.

Either way, I wouldn't buy it or any other IBE/PHF supplement until several reputable people have tried the production lot, and say it works as intended.

I was just not feeling it this morning, I was dead tired rolling out of bed. It's getting a little harder to maintain motivation and energy even with stims. I hope that when I start my cycle next Monday that it will revitalize me and help me move some weight!

Tomorrow will be better with shoulders!
 
I know exactly how your morning felt. I've been in a bit of a mental slump myself, mostly due to energy. Just keep at the grind, bud.
 
Looks like you still had a good workout even though you were "not feeling it". Good job on pushing yourself!!! Sometimes ya just gotta do it, no wimpin' out ;)

The squats were tougher than normal, and I didn't get the number of reps I wanted. The mental fatigue prevented me from doing extra sets, and now my legs aren't even sore.

I guess it's just extra time now with weighted LISS cardio tonight...

I got some ankle weights, but I don't have stairs to climb. So instead I set my treadmill to highest incline and walk it out with the ankle weights. I can only imagine what it would be like on stairs.

It does feel odd to take off the ankle weights afterwards and feel the difference!

lol-you aint kidding. i have been telling people what a fantastic workout weighted stairclimbing is forever-it's a good thing i started many years ago, otherwise i don't think i could do it, lol.


you don't have any tall buildings where you are at?

I just finished my egg white and whey pancakes with sugar free syrup, even those are getting bland. I need to find some new recipes, stat!

Taking a rest day here & there wouldn't kill ya either. My energy levels have been at the threshing floor, as Gideon would say, so I'm in the same boat as you. Just gotta keep chugging along and take some rest if you need it.

I KNOW I need to take a break from stims for a good 2 weeks to gain some natural energy back, but damn, the contest is almost over. No time for logistics, lol.

he told me he aint got time to feel sorry for himself, he needs to get well enough to get the hell out of that dammed place. if they don't let him out soon, i bet he will be planning his escape, lol.


a visit with art motivates me to the max!!!

Same here on the rest man. I feel that active recovery is better then just complete rest. It gets the blood flowing and doesn't have to be stressful at all.

Motivation is really helpful when dieting down and you don't feel like you're losing fat fast enough. Instead of pigging out, it helps keep you on the straight and narrow.

How's the X-factor coming?

So far it seems to help with some leaning out. I haven't really cut much weight per se, but leaner (even wife is noticing). I haven't had incredible DOMS either.

So far I'm not sold on it, but hard to tell its effects while on other supplements like Osta SARMs. If it were a test booster, at least I'd be able to tell what's happening with libido or aggression.

Ultimately, if it helps me get cut, it's worth it! Jury is still out on that.

It just reminds of a bit from comedian Bill Burr making fun of people talking about how an area is "really exploding" when it is just a bunch of shopping squares and other bs things. Idk I have a very cynical view some times lol. I have lived in the suburbs way too long, but I couldnt imagine living in a legit city. The rage would be uncontrollable.
