i had my suspicion about bola, i wonder how the androseries will turn out, lol. $400,000 worth has been sold, and not 1 person has tried it yet?????
Ok I gotcha now man. Since the Bola didn't do sh*t, its like a cycle didn't happen.
Its the whole "does a bear sh*t in the woods" thing...:toofunny:

Looking forward to the logs...
I saw this about bola coming. sometimes on paper and in real life don't match up.reminds me of the redskins back in the early 00's they had a great team on paper but that was it.
I know exactly how your morning felt. I've been in a bit of a mental slump myself, mostly due to energy. Just keep at the grind, bud.
it must be contagious, lol.
Looks like you still had a good workout even though you were "not feeling it". Good job on pushing yourself!!! Sometimes ya just gotta do it, no wimpin' out![]()
The squats were tougher than normal, and I didn't get the number of reps I wanted. The mental fatigue prevented me from doing extra sets, and now my legs aren't even sore.
I guess it's just extra time now with weighted LISS cardio tonight...
this to shall pass......i am finally getting out of the funk i was in, you will to-hang in there.
I got some ankle weights, but I don't have stairs to climb. So instead I set my treadmill to highest incline and walk it out with the ankle weights. I can only imagine what it would be like on stairs.
It does feel odd to take off the ankle weights afterwards and feel the difference!
Looks like your making some good progress. Even if you arent feeling it. Just keep going you will reach the goals you set out for.
You cant be 100% all the time, so nice job all things considered![]()
6 stories is all that's close. Suburbs...
Thanks for the support guys.
I just finished my egg white and whey pancakes with sugar free syrup, even those are getting bland. I need to find some new recipes, stat!
Taking a rest day here & there wouldn't kill ya either. My energy levels have been at the threshing floor, as Gideon would say, so I'm in the same boat as you. Just gotta keep chugging along and take some rest if you need it.
I KNOW I need to take a break from stims for a good 2 weeks to gain some natural energy back, but damn, the contest is almost over. No time for logistics, lol.
Better than what I got around here and u know that :hammer:
very true some days your just off, better days are to come though
Yeah, today was better. Leg days are sometimes rough!
here is some motivation for ya.
went to visit my 82 year old father in law who just had 2nd above the knee amputation done. he is in rehab, and i was expecting him to be down and out. instead he was giving the nurses hell about his eggs being cold, lol. the old son of a biitch has got more piss and vinegar than a teenager.
he told me he aint got time to feel sorry for himself, he needs to get well enough to get the hell out of that dammed place. if they don't let him out soon, i bet he will be planning his escape, lol.
a visit with art motivates me to the max!!!
Rest day? Why good sir would I do that? I think I'd feel even worse! Maybe I can take it easy this weekend and just do 1 cardio session a day.
I don't think I could take a break from stims honestly, I'd have to take that time off of work. Rehab perhaps?
Ha, yeah, not much down there at all! But it's much better than it used to be, right?!

I don't think I could live without my stims either man. Its tough to get motivated in the gym at 5 A.M. without em.

I'm primed for arms tomorrow, looking forward to it. I think I'll make it a Fat Gripz day.
Ehh just more people and more houses to be honest. It will always just be suburbs with no kind of real buildings.
Haha kind of cracks me up to read that. Glad to hear the father in law is doing well post surgery.
thanks tom. i get the feeling he won't kick the bucket til he's damn good and ready, lol.
i told him that some guys would do anything to loose some weight....at least he couldn't kick me, lol.

knowing all these guys that are in this contest are busting ass gives me all the motivation I need.
I've seen some great stuff in this contest so far.
Same here on the rest man. I feel that active recovery is better then just complete rest. It gets the blood flowing and doesn't have to be stressful at all.
Just looked at your smith machine presses.. Damn 180x10!

 thats great. Made my day right there
How's the X-factor coming?
I just heard from locals that they like it better with some of the new stuff around. Visitors definitely like it better!
Sounds like a tough guy to have such an attitude.
Motivated? It's tough to open my eyes, and keep them open!
5 am is the middle of the day for me, lol.
5 am is about the time I'm getting ready to hit the gym...thank God for PWO!!
