Overall a very good chest workout for me. I decided to try the "Arnold" approach to superset chest and back. It actually felt quite good! I think I may do this split twice a week to hit these areas hard while on cycle. I had a great chest pump too, felt really nice!

My wife got 5lbs of 93% lean ground beef on sale for $13, so I am in beef heaven! Beef is getting added to everything I eat, salads, eggs, whatever. Beef, it's what's for breakfast/lunch/dinner!

The cut is going very well too. This weekend was very clean, and some solid cardio. The hunger pains suck, but I can feel it working. The SARMS I think have done a great job maintaining muscle while cutting. Now the heavy anabolics will certainly add fuel to the fire.

I may do some updated progress pics to see just how much progress has been made, and will be made on cycle. Should be a really good run (if I can keep going)!
 
I used 6mg albuterol around lunch and WHOA, I forgot how strong it is! I guess I'll slowly work my way up to 12-18mg a day...

Try downing the entire tube! It might actually be enough stim effect for you!
 
Nice job on them explosive super-sets. I love doing super sets, but I just dont know how well I could push through an entire workout with them. Especially on major muscle groups like back and chest...but looks very effective none the less;)
 
Nice Chest & Back super-set routine. I was thinking about doing that tonight myself.

Been a long, long time since I've done it, if ever come to think of it. I highly recommend it!

I think I'll do a chest emphasis on Mondays, and maybe on Thursday I'll do back emphasis with DLs.

It actually worked out easier than I thought it would be. After the first super set I was like "oh, that's not bad, I'll keep going!"

I figured I was on a roll, so I tried another Ahnold style workout with Tri-Sets this time. I can't make it morning and evening though, so I had to combine shoulders with arms. I didn't lift as much weight as I could've, but the intensity of the tri-sets and volume definitely made up for it. I didn't want to get too gassed, but maybe next time I can up the weight a little bit more.

With this new rotation I'll be able to hit chest/back and shoulders/arms twice a week, and legs once. I should do a weekend leg workout so I can hit it twice, but schedule doesn't permit for it right now. I'll have to increasingly use sprints and weighted incline cardio to help keep legs up.

I felt really pumped today, and not just arms and shoulders. I could really feel it in my chest and back too. It must've been a good workout yesterday!

I am really looking forward to the strength increases from SD and Tren! This is gonna be fun!!!

No, it's in the April issue of Flex magazine. I searched for it online, but it's not posted yet. The other online "Arnold" workouts don't look the same as far as setup...

It's pretty fun, and keeps you moving!
 
Damnit, my left wrist is in a lot of pain. I tweaked it on the Overhead BB Presses getting the bar from a bench to overhead, worked through the pain, but now it's starting to really hurt! I can't even wipe my butt without significant pain!

Good thing tomorrow is leg day, I hope it'll feel better before Thursday when I go back for more chest/back...

The chest/back supersets are awesome for total upper body pumps. I recommend you try it.

This was a great leg workout. I had a good ROM on squats, going ATG and really getting a good squeeze and pump. Very focused and much better mind/muscle connection than last week. I would've liked more reps, but the ones I got were solid.

I must be doing the front squats wrong because I almost choke myself out when I'm doing them! Any tips or advice here? If I move the bar forward more, it bruises my shoulders.

Walking up the stairs at work (6 flights), my legs started cramping up around the 4th floor. Now when I'm getting up from sitting, I'm getting more cramps too. Yeah, feels good to know I did work!

Wrist is still really bothering me. Very painful moving it in certain directions and twisting my hand either direction. I'm going to see if I can do chest and back tomorrow, but may have to call it. We'll see...

Awesome and potentially nauseating. My workout partner had to make a trip to the bathroom after our chest/back super-set session. I got dizzy, but not enough to make a return on my 4th meal.

If it can do that, then I'm going to keep doing it and see if I can get my intensity to that level! I'm sold already!

Those are the kinds of things that worry me about doing them. I can see their effectiveness after getting through it though.

If it doesn't kill you, it makes you stronger right?

It was harsher than I expected. My legs were cramping all day through the evening. SUCKED! Now my glutes are really sore today. Yay leg day...

I like intense workouts like that. I used to row crew, and threw up once a week (Anaerobic Threshold day, 20K rowing at near sprint).

Haha Id rather keep my food down to be honest. Never been a fan of throwing up.

In your condition, I can understand why! When I'm eating chicken, eggs, salad and other bland stuff I don't think I mind as much. If I'm eating a steak, I'm keeping that sh!t down no matter what!

Yeah, puking isn't cool, I haven't done it in a long time and don't want to anytime soon!

Despite a hurt wrist, I strapped up my Versa Gripps real tight and pushed through. It actually wasn't that painful for most of the stuff, though I decided not to try DLs with a hurt wrist. Wrist is feeling much better than it was a couple days ago.

I definitely felt a solid pump, and took all 6 X-Factor Advanced before workout today with a banana. It worked pretty well, so I will probably keep that up. I may add some protein pre-workout as well instead of just BCAA/fasted.

Back was looking really good in the mirror, very nice separation and lower back is leaning out very well compared to where I started. I am really looking forward to an extreme transformation over these next 6 weeks! It will certainly be kicked up a notch or two from my progress to date!
 
i have never tried sd, but i did a high dose run of xtren. you should be seeing some great strength increases from the combination of ph's and supps you are on-surprised you are not complianing of painful back pumps? btw-i have heard to get the most from sd you need to keep carbs high?

Yeah, it should be quite the strength stack! I was going to save the tren for later, but decided to run it 6 weeks instead. I've got so much of that stuff that I got super cheap last year, from a few different places.

I don't generally get back pumps (knock on wood), but there's a first time for everything! I was actually really surprised how bad my legs cramped yesterday. Seriously immobilizing at times. I really hope I don't get back pumps!

From what I've read, a lot of people get lethargy from SD if they don't eat enough carbs. I may have to adjust my plans if the lethargy gets to be too much. However, I'm only running the SD for 3 weeks, then just epi and tren.

I know, it's quite the monster stack!

wow-if you were ever to get results from a ph cycle this would have to be it, lol. the ph's combined with the creatine nitrate should be giving the mother of all pumps.

btw-besides the lethargy, i have heard lots of carbs are needed to get full benefit from the sd-i don't know myself as i have never ran it, but this is what i have read.

This is my first time cutting on cycle, so we'll see how it goes. My objective is not to gain tons of mass per se, but to get shredded. I want to see how low I can get my bf% and still maintain my mass. I'm sure I'll lose some muscle just being in a caloric deficit, but I'm hoping the anabolics will help hold on to a majority of it. After this, I'll just look to maintain for the summer.

Thanks, so far it's just starting to kick in. Yesterday and today strength was starting to tick up on many of the lifts. This is going to be fun, it's just hard to keep a cutting mentality when strength keeps moving up. I NEED TO BUILD MUSCLE!!!

Workout felt a lot harder than I thought it would. My wrist was hurting on a lot of the lifts, so it held me back. I couldn't grip a BB for curls, even with wrist wraps, so I had to use and EZ bar. I hope my wrist will heal over the weekend.

Behind the neck military is way different than my normal stuff! I am used to going much heavier, but it felt really awkward. I guess I'll get accustomed to it if I do it more.

I ran out of time during this workout, so I didn't get to do everything I wanted. Hopefully next week I'll be able to pick up the intesity some more and lift heavy!

You could probably get similar results with half the stuff TBH, but I figured smoke 'em if you got 'em...

That would be effing awesome and yeah, I think there's a conditioning aspect about posing. I get tired posing for progress pics and that's just crap, back double bi and abs & thighs. I swear I burn out quick as hell doing them.

I say you go for it. There's nothing like a mountain of a goal to keep you motivated.

Felt really good! Even though I was using lighter weight, I was getting great contractions and very focused reps with mind/muscle connection. I felt it every rep, especially the flys! Like I said before, I am really liking the pump I get from chest/back supersets!

So I decided to add in some AndroLean to help fight any lethargy that may set in, kick up the metabolism with some 7-oxo, and also I am hoping the delivery system will help increase the absorption of the non-methyls I'm taking with it (11-oxo, furuza, and tren). We'll see how it goes!

There are lots of youtube instructional videos, when I don't like something about a pose I still head to the internet to google it and look at the vids to make adjustments.
