Had a killer workout! Pump was stupid! I did high reps on everything with about 30-45 second rest. I am worn out! Strength is def up there even with high reps and low rest :yup:
Had 4 caps Prime, 5 sprays Ghenny, 1 cap Meltdown; energy and strength was righteous
Medium incline db press - 40x10, 50x10, 60x8, 70x6, 80xfail lol
Cable flys - 3,4,5,6x12
Bb front raises - 45x16, then 3 and wrist said no more
switched to seated hammer db front raises 30x12, 35x12
Lateral raises - 25x16, 30x12
Prone rope pressdowns - 5, 7, 9x16, 11x13
BW pullups - man oh man was I so friggin worn out reps were laughable. Did 10, 8, 7, 3, fail
Cg long rows (cable) - 75x10, 90x10, 105x10

I am grooving on the leaning effects of GHenerate. I bumped my dosage to 8 sprays and have added 2 caps of SLIN to every carb meal. Getting leaner by the day, and I haven't done cardio in 3 weeks! :woohoo:

Appetite is redonkulously high! Which sucks since I am on Keto. Also, I noticed my fat loss slowing and I looked up more info on Coconut oil. I guess I was taking in too much of it in place of my fats. It works the same way carbs do I guess. lol FAIL!
Honestly, I'd drop the coconut oil completely. I would have made the same mistake myself on my keto if I hadn't came across one of Resolve's posts. Coconut oil somehow kicks your body out of ketosis. Drop that ish.
Cool you're getting good effects from the GHeny on that dosing protocol. I bumped to 8/8.- I need to start taking the weekends off of it, though. I've been running it every day.

Are you running a blocker with the GHenerate? You take 1-C, right? - Ya, just take GHenerate Monday through Friday along with your blocker, and take the weekends off of both of them. It's best to dose that way anyways, and plus you get to save some GHenerate, ergo, higher doses during the week.
