Lol Actually I think i was a bit caught up in the moment and was probably thinking that dexter might have to kill her too. Sometimes i will be watching the show and get so caught up , like the one part were they find all his bodies in the ocean, and I will just scream "kill em kill em now". My mom is like wtf is wrong with my son lol

FYI, his threads are all like this informative but with lots of fun and chatter. If you don't like the social side of it read one of the 12 other Ghenerate logs going on right now. Had a killer workout! Pump was stupid! I did high reps on everything with about 30-45 second rest. I am worn out! Strength is def up there even with high reps and low rest :yup:

Had 4 caps Prime, 5 sprays Ghenny, 1 cap Meltdown; energy and strength was righteous

Medium incline db press - 40x10, 50x10, 60x8, 70x6, 80xfail lol
Cable flys - 3,4,5,6x12
Bb front raises - 45x16, then 3 and wrist said no more
switched to seated hammer db front raises 30x12, 35x12
Lateral raises - 25x16, 30x12
Prone rope pressdowns - 5, 7, 9x16, 11x13
BW pullups - man oh man was I so friggin worn out reps were laughable. Did 10, 8, 7, 3, fail
Cg long rows (cable) - 75x10, 90x10, 105x10

I'm already loving this cruise! Will do me some good for sure. Got in 2 forms of cardio today: treadmill and :hump:

For din din I am having Salmon with some brown sugar and honey on it and some green beans :food:

Brown sugar? :nono2: just playing man. Have you tried agave nectar as a sweetener? It has a glycemic index of like 10 or something really low, great on not raising insulin. check it out

I am grooving on the leaning effects of GHenerate. I bumped my dosage to 8 sprays and have added 2 caps of SLIN to every carb meal. Getting leaner by the day, and I haven't done cardio in 3 weeks! :woohoo:

Some updates on my stack:

My libido is SKY HIGH! I am so friggn randy its redicu-rous! This has to be Ghenny. I am not taking anything else that would do this..that I know of.

Appetite is redonkulously high! Which sucks since I am on Keto. Also, I noticed my fat loss slowing and I looked up more info on Coconut oil. I guess I was taking in too much of it in place of my fats. It works the same way carbs do I guess. lol FAIL!

I have been throwing an additional cap of the lower dose Prime on higher carb meals. Looking pretty dang dry today. Will be getting a third bottle with my vitamin shoppe gift card for sure.

as an update these are the supps I am on:
6 scoops Bc+eaa intra w/o ONLY
Coconut oil 1 tbs/day now (was 2 tbs)
5/5 Ghenerate
7/day Prime, 8 on 2-3 days in the last 3 weeks.
ALA on carb ups
2 caps/day Meltdown; this has attributed to some fat loss in the last few days as well. MOOD is AWESOME on this!
 
Nice update! I like the Meltdown too. Got a bottle of that and lean dreams for 20 bucks on auction one time. Was impressed.

Honestly, I'd drop the coconut oil completely. I would have made the same mistake myself on my keto if I hadn't came across one of Resolve's posts. Coconut oil somehow kicks your body out of ketosis. Drop that ish.

Are you running a blocker with the GHenerate? You take 1-C, right? - Ya, just take GHenerate Monday through Friday along with your blocker, and take the weekends off of both of them. It's best to dose that way anyways, and plus you get to save some GHenerate, ergo, higher doses during the week.

I dose 1-c for like 5 days 3 weeks ago but lost track of it. I also got worried that it was overkill. If I was to take 6/6 of ghenny mon-fri, what should i take of 1-c/day?

I'd say just a small dose, 2x/day. 800mg, twice daily I guess.

Man that will be sick! 1-C is good stuff and if stimulating via different path than Ghenerate then even better.
 
Took 6 sprays Ghenny, 800mg 1-c pre bed. When it came time to go to sleep, I tossed and turned a lot. I've heard that too much GH can cause this. I felt tired and was just ansy to fall asleep. I eventually passed out and only got about 6.5 hours sleep. Sounds sh1tty eh? :sad:...cause it wasn't!! lol. The best sleep I have gotten in a while! I am very pleased about this!

Woke up and dosed 2 caps Meltdown, 800mg 1-c, 6 sprays Ghenny (It's getting low :(), 4 caps Prime (only 3 caps left of bottle).
Intra w/o - I only had 4 scoops BC+eaa today just cause :dunno: lol. It's getting a little on the low end of the bottle and I need to salvage what I can of it until I can pick up another bottle.

Had a KILLER HELLACIOUSLY AWESOME SAUCE workout today! Arms are farkin SWOLE! My workout buddy hasn't worked out with me in over 2 weeks for whatever reasons and he said he def sees a dig in body comp, as do I....and my girlfriend :D :hump:.

P/L prachers -Did high reps(12-16). Ramped up weights and then pyramided down. Pump was retarded!
Reverse suicide grip ez bar preachers - did 3 twenty rep sets with 40lbs, slowww and controlled...forearms were striated and veiny!
Flat bar cable curls - Did 20 rep sets. Worked my weight up to I think the 9th notch for 20 solid reps. Arms WOW! SWOOOOLE!
Light ASS H2C Squats - I really wanted to just go light today...realllllly light and do REALLLY slow and controlled squats. Was righteous. Despite the low weight my quads were burning. So bad that I ended on 135 for like 6 reps :lol:.

Sunday is the last cruise day and then it's GO TIME!! Very excited about this blast! It's going to be different and I am really looking forward to it.
