Yep, I've been battling a little off and on recently. Taking Airborne throughout the day. Constantly wiping down the gym equipment, washing my hands, etc.
 
Just as an update: I have taken the last few days off of lifting and Ghenerate. Last night I took my first dose and the sleep was very deep...dreams=CRAZY!
Some things that I noticed while off of Ghenny:
- Increase in DOMS (I took the last 5 days off of gym too :lol:)
- Waking up more in the night
- Mood uplift wasn't there

Back on as of last night and feeling good. I took the last 5 days off of the gym to let my body relax. I am going to "cruise" this week. Tomorrow is my first cruise day. Next Wednesday will be the start of my new blast. Things will be modified - i.e reps, different variations of stretches, focusing on symmetry so I will be using DBs a lot, gearing things more towards density this blast. I'm still cutting, so I would like to work on vascularity, density and cuts. Will be a nice change of pace.

Got off track a little bit since Thanksgiving. Past few days carbs have been a little higher but I have managed to get things under control as of yesterday. Diet is now back in check. Didn't do much damage (fat gain) if any at all.

New changes:
Stopped Adipo v2 and threw in Meltdown. Managed to nab a bottle as an early xmas gift :bigok:

Dood. I never get to sleep in. That was out of the ordinary. School..work..school..work..school...workout..work...that was my schedule. For 5 days it was just shchool...work..rest..rest some more...was bliss! But now I am anxious to get a deep burn in my thigh!

...also got to catch up on some movies :yup:
 
as for holiday movies, 'planes, trains and automobiles'. and a 'christmas story' are required this time of year, lol. lot's of good yucks and can watch with the grandkids.:stooges:
 
I actually tried finding that John Candy movie but had no luck..it looks good.

one of the funniest lines ever is when candy gets car turned around and is going in the wrong direction. a car keeps yelling at him that he is going the wrong way, candy yells back- 'how the hell do you know where i am going'? that movie is one of the funniest i have ever seen. and christmas story- when the kid got his tongue stuck to the flagpole i laughed so hard i nearly peed my pants.:stooges:

I watched all of those movies over the weekend lol...I just really need to find the airplane movie so I can watch it. Uncle Buck is an epic flick.

You know it! I bought a xmas tree and decked out the place with decorations and lights, brought the mattress into the living room and we snuggled the night away! (no hemo)

Both of movies are also on my to do list. 4 christmases was good. I actually was drug to that one and liked it.

Cool thing about Vince is he is Vince in every movie. If you like him you will like the movie he is in just because he is in it.

I liked Unnaccompanied Minors where the kids got stuck in an Airport during Christmas. Has Lewis Black in it. I like his stuff might be why.
 
lol I didn't know people still did xmas movie marathons. I haven't watched an xmas movie since they forced us to watch them in high school... Im working my way through the Band of Brothers box set right now.

Good deal sir, I am glad you are starting on the first season there is alot to learn about dexter. Wait till you get to this season it's getting crazy!

Where have you been watching it at, H? Do you have Showtime? I've got Netflix, but Season 4 isn't available yet, obviously, so I've been watching it on TV-Dome. The quality is poor, but good enough for a Dexter junky like myself.

I think Season 2 was my favorite so far, but Season 4 is pretty crazy. I'm getting so freakin' sick of Lithgow's character. I want him to die already! "Kyle! It's tradition, Kyle! Stop that, Kyle!" - Fckin' die!

I just download the torrents. So I have all the seasons right now. Don't worry I have a feeling he isn't going to be around much longer.
