Looking smaller in your clothes is definitely an indicator of leaning effects. Back when I was fat I looked beastly in clothes, but terrible naked. Now I look much smaller in clothes, but I have no shame in walking around in teh nudezzz. I look far better now.
I have the same thing now, I have been bigger, and looked better in a polo, but when i take the polo off, I look much better now.
The things in Twilight aren't vampires dude. Vampires haven't had a legitimate representation on film in years. I read Dracula when I was like 10 and it scared the hell out of me. No movie has ever done them justice. Some have done ok, but not great.

Well the ting about vampires... they suck!!! LOL I like vampire crap even the sucky stuff. LOL I Loved Dusk til Dawn! Queen of the damned was okay but realy it is about books for vampires if you want to get into the good stuff the rest is just mindless entertainment but there is also plenty of time for that.

Watched District 9 last night. I really liked it. It was not like I thought it would be. I recommend it to any of you actions buffs. Also watched Funny People...eh..that's all I gotta say.

Had a pretty sweet sesh today. I expected my weights be down more because of how things have been going. I guess Prime is startin to kick in!

30 mins pre w/o - 4 Prime, 100mg caffeine
Intra - 6 scoops Bc+eaa
Low incline db press - ended on 80x4-3-3=10; down 3 reps but still very pleased. dropped to 60x9; this was down 5lbs but up 3 reps
Stretch for 60 secs w/60's
Seated iso press - sucked on this today. Moved up 5lbs and got 160x4 on my workout. Tried to go for my 2nd and 3rd set but couldnt even get it up for 1 rep. Took 20lbs off and repped it out for 6 reps :yuck:...not impressed but still had them looking pretty swole.
Dips - ended on 45x6-7-5=18; this is up 5lbs and 8 reps from last time..but my bw is down so its understandable. Will be upping the weight next time.
Shoulder stretch for 45 secs
Tricep stretch for 45 secs
Pullups - 40x4-3-3=10; same reps as last time.
BB rows - 135x6, 185x3, normally I'd move up to 220 and try to beat 4 reps but doing that 185 set felt HEAVY today. So stopped there and dropped to 135x10 WIDE grip.
Lat hang for 60 secs.
Chest is really shaping up nice. Really looking forward to more cuts coming in. I CRAVE EEET!!

DOOOOD...I did a 'carbup' yesterday. Not really sure if it was enough carbs to be considered a carb up but I took in about 120g carbs for the day. What is considered a carbup on a regular <50g/day? Anyway, I am PUMPPPED today! I am looking Hyuuugee!! Arms and veins are nasty! I really didnt expect it to be like this! :head:
