Yeah man. I'm starting to realize that I store fat in my arms. I guess this is normal lol. But yeah the arms do look smaller and are not filling out the sleeves of my shirts as much. I actually look MUCH smaller in my cloths now. But looking smaller in cloths is a good indicator that I am leaning. Looking smaller in your clothes is definitely an indicator of leaning effects. Back when I was fat I looked beastly in clothes, but terrible naked. Now I look much smaller in clothes, but I have no shame in walking around in teh nudezzz. I look far better now.
nude is good...i can carry 2 cups of coffee and 12 doughnuts at same time. still looking for the girl to eat that 12th doughnut.:evil:
