6 weeks later...Microdrol w/Res!!!! Followed by a PCT of Formadrol, Prime, Hypertest, and all the staples. This is just what I have on hand lol. I'd definitely...definitely love to get my hands on another 2 bottles of this and run another 8 weeker. I've made amazing gains on this!
Today is day 2 of 3/2 dosing. I def had some strength increases today! Can't say it's from the increased dosage just yet. I would say my increase in leg strength is relative to my squat strength going up making all my other movements go up. :head:
Today's #'s
Drags - 115x5-3-3=11; up 2 reps, static for 20 secs
Pinwheels - 60x16; up 2 reps
stretch for 45 secs
Skipped calves today and did P/L preachers with 110 for 11; just did 1 set for this one; up 10lbs from last time.
Goodmornings - 155x10; up 2 reps, will up weight 5lbs next time.
P/L Hack squats - 320x13 (+5 reps), threw 8 fukcing plates on!! :head: and knocked out 5 reps :woohoo: :woohoo: I'm soooooooooooooo motherfukcing amped about this!!! This is PR! My legs are just exploding with strength right now and I'm loving it! I've gone up 2 plates on this exercise since the beginning! Unbelievable!!

Thanks bruduh. I did put on about 2% more bf tho. I think I could easily recomp my way to that body fat tho while maintaining what I have built.20 pounds of maintainable solid mass in 8 months is a nice achievement. when most guys talk of gaining 20 pounds a lot of it is water and fat, and then they cut and they are right back where they started. a solid 20 pounds with low bf% that you can maintain over time is where it's at. nice job.:cheers:
Weerd. I'm lookin at 10mg/day Microdrol. May...may stack it with something not sure yet. The reason that I liked the idea of Micro was for the low dose and less of a shutdown to deal with. But either way I will be running it with Resveratrol. Not really a huge believer on the supporting supps (except hawthorne). So I wont be using them unless I feel I NEED to. I do have them on hand tho. I'm thinking I could put a nice clean 10lbs or more of mass on. I would look sexy as sh1t at 190+lean. Not really interested in being 200+. I don't want to be that big....yet lol. My pictures don't do me justice...REALLY..but I am much larger than they show. I am def the biggest guy in all my classes.Met, looks like you and I may be running SD around the same time

I've heard 3 wk pulse Mdrol or low dose 3 wker followed by epi for 3 weeks is real nice. Something to consider
....or we could just all run Test :dunno:
Met, just run Cycle Support during bubba. It's just a no brainer and so easy to do. Why risk any problems.
