I'd probably do 2/1/2 if I did. Nice lil mid-day bump, you know?

I thought about this too but I hate having to dose supplements multiple times a day. Plus the extra cap pre w/o will HAVE to make a difference at some point.

It's easy to know with hormones, because those are always better with food, but when it comes to stuff like this I usually try to take it without food.
 
speaking of libido, it's to bad the johnson doesn't grow bigger with exercise. i would have about 3 feet by now.:outtahere:

Thanks for chiming in man. The strength gains have been amazing the last few weeks. If I had the moolah I'd def be picking up another bottle. I've got some other goodies lined up anyway :D

yeah, seems 60 days is the way to really really enjoy this type of product.

and 20g+ bcaa/day

6-8 weeks later...Microdrol w/Res!!!! Followed by a PCT of Formadrol, Prime, Hypertest, and all the staples. This is just what I have on hand lol. I'd definitely...definitely love to get my hands on another 2 bottles of this and run another 8 weeker. I've made amazing gains on this!

I'm still deciding since I ran Ghenerate solo. Got some nice choices but prob go with M1D, Igh1 with PCT of T911/Anadraulic State, make it an LG stack! Hopefully Ghenerate will be out soon so that can be tossed in the mix. Oh, and I was chosen to log "Postal" so that will be a nice post w/o addition.

Today is day 2 of 3/2 dosing. I def had some strength increases today! Can't say it's from the increased dosage just yet. I would say my increase in leg strength is relative to my squat strength going up making all my other movements go up. :head:

Today's #'s
Drags - 115x5-3-3=11; up 2 reps, static for 20 secs
Pinwheels - 60x16; up 2 reps
stretch for 45 secs
Skipped calves today and did P/L preachers with 110 for 11; just did 1 set for this one; up 10lbs from last time.
Goodmornings - 155x10; up 2 reps, will up weight 5lbs next time.
P/L Hack squats - 320x13 (+5 reps), threw 8 fukcing plates on!! :head: and knocked out 5 reps :woohoo: :woohoo: I'm soooooooooooooo motherfukcing amped about this!!! This is PR! My legs are just exploding with strength right now and I'm loving it! I've gone up 2 plates on this exercise since the beginning! Unbelievable!!

Breaking a pr is always a rush great job.:)

Nice workout today. #s continue to rise every session. I hope I can keep this going even after I finish the bottle. The feeling has become addictive! I have officially completed my log book! Which means next workout I start a new log book. The feeling of accomplishment is just awesome! I read the entire log book last night front to back. The difference in strength is just phenomenal! I am very pleased to say the least.

Wide incline iso press - 195x5-3-2=10; 10 mothafukcin pound increase!! And I only lost a rep for the exchange! :head: :head: It's a good thing I test myself when I do because I am making killer killer cycle like gains here! Did a static for 30 seconds and then dropped down to 145 for 6 reps.
Stretched with 65's for 60 seconds!!!! I could have done more too but my shoulder was telln me to chill.
Seated db press - 60x5-5-2=12; up 5lbs from last time! The fact that I got the same reps on my second r/p as my first makes me giggle like a school boy.
stretch for 45 secs
Seated overhead ext. - 100x9-5-2=16; last time I tried 100 and only got 4 reps on my first and only set (working). This is hyuuuge!! Like I said, it's a good thing I test myself when I do!
Stretch - didn't do the tri stretch today because I forgot to mark it in my book to do a tri stretch
Pullups - +45x5-3-3=11; managed to get an extra rep on the last r/p set. I tell you it was a miracle tho. It felt soooo much heavier than last time, which is a good sign that I am carrying around some extra weight! :D :D. Which I am - weighed 186.5 last night with cloths on. And to think I weighed 160 eight months ago. :13:
Reverse bb rows (wider grip than last time) - 230x4 (+5lbs), 190x8 (+5lbs)
Lat hang w/ 115 for 60 seconds with about 10-12 lat shrugs in there.

Pump was OUTRAGEOUS!! This is one for the record books. Excited to take the next 2 days off to do some recovering. I am feeling very fatiqued and lethargic right now. I have been training harder lately and I am nearing my cruise. I am going to up my BCAA's and Protein where I can and get some extra recovery going.

20 pounds of maintainable solid mass in 8 months is a nice achievement. when most guys talk of gaining 20 pounds a lot of it is water and fat, and then they cut and they are right back where they started. a solid 20 pounds with low bf% that you can maintain over time is where it's at. nice job.:cheers:

Thanks bruduh. I did put on about 2% more bf tho. I think I could easily recomp my way to that body fat tho while maintaining what I have built.

Weerd. I'm lookin at 10mg/day Microdrol. May...may stack it with something not sure yet. The reason that I liked the idea of Micro was for the low dose and less of a shutdown to deal with. But either way I will be running it with Resveratrol. Not really a huge believer on the supporting supps (except hawthorne). So I wont be using them unless I feel I NEED to. I do have them on hand tho. I'm thinking I could put a nice clean 10lbs or more of mass on. I would look sexy as sh1t at 190+lean. Not really interested in being 200+. I don't want to be that big....yet lol. My pictures don't do me justice...REALLY..but I am much larger than they show. I am def the biggest guy in all my classes.

Bro you have to make time. I am soooooooooooooooo busy its ridiculous. I know I'm on the internetz right now but its while I am "working" lol. I am forced to get up 2.5 hours early everyday (workout days) to just get a workout in. Sucks but there is no other way. I work late and have early morning and late night classes. I feel ya man. It's not an easy lifestyle at all.

Sweet. I'm still not decided on what I'm gonna do. I will either pulse or do a 3wk SD run followed by 3wk of something else to ensure I maintain strength.

If I pulse it will def be longer than 3 weeks. My main concern is keeping the fast strength gains that SD brings on. I know with only a 3 week run, that would be really tough.

Met, just run Cycle Support during bubba. It's just a no brainer and so easy to do. Why risk any problems.

Some Tpro highlights since increasing dosage:
- appetite has gone up quite a bit. I'm always hungry!
- Density: I feeling ROCK hard all over!
- Libido seems about the same but my girl has been on her period. She is supposed to be done today so we shall see ;)
