When I do forearms, its usually about 300 reps... but really fast ones.

On the calves, is that your own adaptation? Not sure where your getting 25sec negatives for dc training.

Forearms are done with a straight set of 12-20 or so.

i totally fagged out and skipped free squats at the end of todays workout. preacher curls, pinwheel curls, calf presses and leg curls all went great, but this was the first time i had worked legs in months so i just didnt have it in me to do free squats. i'm a wuss

Get some straps.. They are really big in DC, even for things like DB curls, etc. Your forearms get enough work.. You want the muscle to burn out before your grip for sure.
As for the looks, while stretching..LOL Man, do you know how many times i have been doing the chest stretch and someone will run up and try and go "omg do you need a spot" thinking i am doing presses, and stuck..lol Like **** dude, i could just drop the db's..
Good session man.. When you say things like "I did 85x12 last time." does that mean you dropped 1 rep, only on the first set, but the total number of reps was the same? Or did you lose a rep on the total, due to losing that one on the first?

For the overhead db ext. - This is my first time doing this while on DC. Last I did this was about 3 weeks ago. And it was on a different routine. So when I hit 85 I did it for 12 reps. Today on my working set with 85 I hit 11 reps first then 7 then 5. So I by far did more reps with this weight than I did on another the routine.
4. Seated db press - 20x12, 25x12, 35x6, 45x14-7-6=27. Will bump up to 50's next time - Go for 55's
6. Overhead db ext. - 45x12, 55x12, 70x6, 85x11-7-5=23; will stick at this weight for more reps next time. I did 85x12 last time. So I lost 1 rep. Understandable when I am doing all those presses before it. -You should up the weight next time bro. Tri's should be 11-15 reps unless you're doing skull crushers. Then it's 15-30.
8. Pullups - (warmup on assisted) 14x12, 14x6 > regular pullups - 11-5-4=20; I got I think 12 reps last time. Understandable since I didn't warm up before doing reg pullups before now. Will add weight to feet next time. -Buy a belt. It's MUCH easier and more convenient than trying to hold DB w/ your feet.
I'd like to get a belt but I'm tight on money right now. I just moved into my new apartment. So I have money tightly budgeted. So I have to stick to the foot method right now.Never mind about the overhead ext rep ranges. I guess that'd be 15-30 considering the ROM you're doing. Going too heavy might not be a good idea.
