Wait whose thread is this? lol its all good
Well I woke up this morning morning to find my dog paralyzed. He is in surgery now for a ruptured disc. It's going to be $5k. $5k that has to be borrowed. I was balling all morning. So I was pleasantly surprised I was able to have such a great workout let alone a decent one. I'm loving the Slingshot big time! Has put my endurance through the roof and fatigue was almost non existent today. The thing I love about BA is that after you warm up the working sets are fatigue-less..I love eet!! Okay enough product pushing
The w/o - C1 - Bis/forearms/Calves/Hams/Quads
1. Warmed up scap and did stretches (mainly hips) for about 15 mins
2. Incline alt/sup db curls - 20x12, 25x12, 30x6, 45x7-6-6=19
3. Reverse ez bar curls - 20x12 (warmup), 60x12 (wrist was hurtin so I didn't take it too far) I also made sure to keep my wrists up like in the vid Imprez posted.
4. Forearm stretch for 45sec
5. Seated calve extensions - did it the right way this time

45x25, 90x25, (working) 135x6 ohhh the burnn!! I held 15 seconds at top and did 5 second negatives.
6. Calve stretch for 60sec
7. Laying leg curls - been a really long time. So I wasn't sure what #s to use. Will adjust as I go. 65x12, 80x12, 110x6, 135x6-4-4=14..so I will be sticking her for next time.
8. Ham stretch for 60 secs..burnns soo much! :smite:
9. Close stance angled leg press - 4platesx12, 6x12, 8x6, 10x10, 6x20; So I will throw maybe 25lbs on the heavy set next time and I will prob try out 8plates for the widows next time. Too easy :hammer:
10. Quad stretch
Man oh man..I almost felt like barfing! Was intense!
