OMG!!! I had NO IDEA how much my messed scap/hips were holding me back...until now!! Ive been doing scap/hip rehab for about 2 weeks now. Im seeing amazing results!! I feel more aligned! My hips are evening out!! I've never been able to comfortably do bb squats. My hips and shoulders just hurt so bad, like I had a curved spine or something. But now that I am evening out, I decided it was time to see if squats would be any different. Hell fukcin yeah they did!!!! I have never ever ever felt so comfortable doing squats!!! For one, I have never been able to do ATG because my hips would pop and rub together. They were still rubbing together a littllle bit but not enough to notice once I warmed them up!
I got about 10 hrs sleep last night and it felt great to just sleep in today! I felt sooo rested and ready to break sh1t when I woke up! I decided to throw in 10g of slow carbs into my intra workout drink. I feel this little amount did benefit me. I felt more energized - though that couldve just been from just sleeping in :dunno:. All I know is I felt GREAT today!!

The w/o
1. Prone Ts, Ys, wall slides (this just murders my shoulders :dead)
2. Adduction - 30, 50, 70 for 25 reps each
3. BB squats!!! - 45 (bar)x12 ATG, 95x12 (a little below parallel), 135x10, 185x4; the last rep almost didnt happen but I forced it!!
4. 1 arm lateral db raises - 20x16, 25x16, 30x16
5. Unilateral smith shrugs - 50x20, 90x20 lame I know but I dont really like this exercise
6. Close stance Angled leg press; legs to chest - 2 plates for 10, 4x10, 6x10, 8x10, 10 plates!!!! for 6!!! :woohoo: PRRR!!!!;

2. Wide incline bb press - up 20lbs from last time :D; 95x20, 135x16, 145x9 (+2 reps), 155x5 (+10lbs), 165x3 (+20 :D) - was just testin myself here..feeling a lot stronger on this
3. Seated alt/sup db culrs - 35x13(+1 rep), 40x13(+1 rep), 45x10
4. Wide unilateral decline iso press - 90x20 reps on left side/10 on right, 180x16/12, 230x12, 240x6
5. Ez bar curls - 40x16, 60x16, 70x14, 80x10
6. Viking grip machine flys - 160x16, 175x16, 190x10
7. Pecdec - only did 1 set because my right shoulder starting hurting :dunno: gotta do more cuff exercises
8. Db hammer preachers - wrist still hurts on this but I stuck through it and did it; 35x16, 40x16, 45x12 - PR is 65s so I still have a ways to go
9. DC chest stretch - tried 35s and it hurt my shoulders too much; 35s for 30 seconds, drop to 30s for 90 seconds

Great workout! Very happy with the gains Ive made on Gbol..bummed its running out :(

haha nah I just had gas left over from the workout...Ive been kinda obsessed with training lately..all I can think about is my next gym session...its nice but sucks at the same time..bc when I get burnt out, I end up pulling back a lot :dead:

Sweet workout today! Im definitely getting stronger! The squats are going to blow me up! I just know it!

1. Adduction, hip stretches, prone Ts
2. BB squats - got an insane full body pump! Bar for 12 reps, 95x12, 135x12 (+2 reps), 165x10 :woohoo: I know this isnt alot to most of you guys but I havent done bb squat in a realllllllly long time. The weight is going to go up every time. I did 185 last time but it was for 4 reps I think :think:. So I needed to lower the weight and focus on getting some reps out.
3. Prone overhead rope ext. - 7x20, 9x15, 9x12 my tries were burrrrning!!
4. BB rows - strength has gone down on this since my rowing 205 days. I also need to take into consideration that Im doing much higher reps tho. 95x12, 135x12, 165x9, 175x6-2 (rest pause)
5. Left side only db shrug - 50x20, 60x20, 75x20, 90x14; grips getting stronger!
6. CG smith bench - (plate #s) 50x16, 90x14, 110x11, 120x7, 130x5
7. T bar fixed in corner with V grip - 1 plate for 12 reps, 2x12, 3x8
8. Decline sit ups - been a longgg time; 45x12, 70x12, 90x12
9. Uh cg pulldowns - I was sooooo tired but I did it. Couldve done more weight but I was just not feeling well enough. 105x12, 120x12, 135x10, 140x8

Bought some Almond butter. AZ gave me this idea. Ive never tried it. So Im excited to try some thing new. Also got 2 loaves of Flaxseed millet bread. Time to get my omegas on!! :burnout:
 
Also tomorrow is last day of Gbol but Ill be at beach. So Ill takes pics as soon as I can.

Just be careful you do not strain your hip trying to force the reps, definitely notcing improvement in physique, keep at it bro.

Im going on a cruise next month. So I'll really be kicking things up into high gear!

On another note:

I saw Star Trek on an Imax screen last night. BAD ASSSS!!!! 12,000 watts of sound! Screen about 50% bigger than a normal one! The movie was just awesome! I never got into the series or the other movies but being alive for 20+ years, you pick up a few things. Like who is captain kirk, sulu, Spak, etc. So I really was able to enjoy the movie. The special effects was intense! The sound was just out of this world! I was stunned when I was saw Eric Banna played the villian (Nero). I never ever would have guessed looking at him. The make up really disguised him. But his voice totally gave him away. Every one in the movie did a great job and I was very very pleased with it! Please go see it! Totally worth the watch despite not being a Treky!
 
Are these the techniques that you are using for your hips/back or is there something else that you are doing?

Im using the Prone Ts, Ys and Wall slides for my scap and doing hip stretches/adduction for my hips. Seems to be working.

Final Review

Well it looks like I had a nice little recomp with Gbol. I steadily made strength gains while loosing a small amount of fat. I lost some fat in the lower back and stomach region. I can see more definition. Endurance and strength have been great during this run. I didnt have any noticeable sides which was good. Gbol is definitely a nice natty supplement. Its great for anyone. Who doesnt want to lean out while putting a little lbm and strength? I loved this supplement and will definitely be buying it in the future. Thanks AI and most of all Dr. D for Glycobol! Was a stellar product that produced stellar results! :thumbsup:
 
Actually looking back at my before pics (pg 2). It looks like Ive lost some mass but I did cut fat down a little. Strength is def up but I didnt even realize that I did in fact loose some size. Still a successful run. And I am happy with results.

Also, keep in mind those pics were post TO and I didnt keep ALL that I gained. Also, my after pics are taken with no pump.
