OMG!!! I had NO IDEA how much my messed scap/hips were holding me back...until now!! Ive been doing scap/hip rehab for about 2 weeks now. Im seeing amazing results!! I feel more aligned! My hips are evening out!! I've never been able to comfortably do bb squats. My hips and shoulders just hurt so bad, like I had a curved spine or something. But now that I am evening out, I decided it was time to see if squats would be any different. Hell fukcin yeah they did!!!! I have never ever ever felt so comfortable doing squats!!! For one, I have never been able to do ATG because my hips would pop and rub together. They were still rubbing together a littllle bit but not enough to notice once I warmed them up!
I got about 10 hrs sleep last night and it felt great to just sleep in today! I felt sooo rested and ready to break sh1t when I woke up! I decided to throw in 10g of slow carbs into my intra workout drink. I feel this little amount did benefit me. I felt more energized - though that couldve just been from just sleeping in :dunno:. All I know is I felt GREAT today!!

1. Prone Ts, Ys, wall slides (this just murders my shoulders :dead)
2. Adduction - 30, 50, 70 for 25 reps each
3. BB squats!!! - 45 (bar)x12 ATG, 95x12 (a little below parallel), 135x10, 185x4; the last rep almost didnt happen but I forced it!!
4. 1 arm lateral db raises - 20x16, 25x16, 30x16
5. Unilateral smith shrugs - 50x20, 90x20 lame I know but I dont really like this exercise
6. Close stance Angled leg press; legs to chest - 2 plates for 10, 4x10, 6x10, 8x10, 10 plates!!!! for 6!!! :woohoo: PRRR!!!!;

Wide incline iso press - (just plate #s) 50x20, 90x20, 140x10 superset w/
P/L preacher curls - 45x20, 60x20, 75x20....still I had gas left in tank but didnt wanna be late...I wish I could do this everyday:borladuck:
