Metroba tests out new Glycobol!!!

Sounds like you found the sweet spot on the Glyco Met. Let's see where it goes!! The DC stretch is usually for 90 seconds, no more.

I have read you can do them longer but he say to do it at least 90 sec if you can. I remember dante sayin he did 2 min back stretches. i don't think you can over stretch if done properly.
 
My goal was to shoot up to 120s with the 30's...hmm:think:
 
I've thought of this before. Won't the BCAAs be converted to glucose?

Thats what i thought, apparently hyperaminoacidemia stops the conversion of proteins into glucose as no glucose is needed for fuel during deep sleep REM. I still think though to ensure GI doesnt interfere with GH secretion, that i will stick with 1-carboxy before bed. I cannot wait to try glycobol, metroba im so jealous

It is another product from the Anabolic Innovations White Label line the way MANIAC! is.

RecoverPRO is a flavored BCAA supplement

Ratio is 4:1:1 Leucine : Isoleucine : Valine

Should be out in a couple of weeks.

ugh Crazyfool, you told me you couldnt taste the Gbol emptied into some protein..I just did it and no way in hell am I ever doing that again. It was god awful! Another 2 caps down the drain :dunno:

I have to agree.

I do NOT suggest anyone open the caps and try to dump them out to use. The taste is horrible.

Strayed from my routine today and worked out even tho it was supposed to be a day off. My dad hasnt worked out in 2 weeks. So I wanted to get him in there ASAP and get his butt movn.

Exercises:
1. Abduction/adduction superset
2. Hip/leg stretches and some core holds
3. BB rows for 4 sets at semi wide grip
4. HS shoulder press - not a fan of this one - for 4 sets
5. HS iso pulldowns - for 4 sets
6. Low iso rows - for 3 sets and couldve done more but had to get movn as I was in a hurry.
7. ss w/ Seated calve raises and rotators calf raises (I think thats what it is called :think:)
8. And I didnt feel like I really worked my bis that much yesterday as the focus was on my forearms. So I did 2 sets of heavy ez bar curls - high rep.
9. 1 arm reverse cable x overs - two 20 rep sets

Im started to feel a little pinch in my right shoulder when doing rows and rear delt work. So I will be adding in cuff exercises.

Cuff work has worked for me before. Only difference now is Im listening to body when it tells me something is not right. Hopefully I can prevent something bad from happening this time around.
 
Listening to your body is definitely the way to go. Sometimes it sucks having to do it, but hey, it spares you injury and discomfort.

The phelodendron (YG) will stain anything it comes in contact with. That stuff is the devil!

ah yes..I remember YG leaving stains everywhere! Was sucha pain! Needless to say I will never open up a Gbol cap again!
 
Log looks better and better each time I check in!! You know your body best, good to see ya listening to it. Once I started doing that, everything clicked. Keep it up boss!!

2. Leg ext. - toes inward
3. Incline bb press - feeling strong here!
4. Decline db press
5. Viking grip pec dec (inner pecs) - Ive gottn a lot stronger on this since the last time I did this.
6. Prone rope press downs ss w/ Spider curls
7. 1 arm db ext. ss w/ Hammer in between legs rope curls

Was a great workout. Rep range was 16-20 for arms and 12-20 for legs and chest. Pumps were NUTZ!!! Im lookin very swole right now!
 
Dude, I'll tell yuh...Training high reps and then immediately switching to a routine that is geared towards the 6-8 rep range is AWESOME! It's such a muscle shock. How long have you been doing high-rep?
 
I hear ya man!! I cant wait to lower reps again soon! Training high rep for like 3 weeks now. Ill put in another 3 or so then lower...then high again...then lower :dunno:

Ive got a couple sweet supps lined up. Seeing as how Im a rep now for Axis, I get to try some sweet stacks!

After Gbol:

- 6 weeks of Smash fully loaded and Hemo - while doing higher reps
- 4 weeks of Hypertest and prob Slingshot - while doing lower/medium reps

Gonna be killer!!
