  • hows the tren x going?.... i hit 255 for 20reps on squats today, and the limited upper body i did ive kept a decent amount of strength and considering ive worked upper body once in three weeks i am ecstatic. got my bloodwork back, liver is normal but HDL is 17 should be 30-70mg. LDL 118 shouldnt be higher than 100. there was some protein in my urine which signals kidney stress. I would pick up some cholesterol/kidney cleanse supp. then again i did run 2 bottles lol. sorry for the long post i just got out of the gym and am on cloud 9 right now
    let me know how your cycles goin.... hopefully i can start lifint upper body in another couple days :/
    i posted this on my page but im up about 8 lbs and repped 295 for 9 reps on squats and i have a cold... btw its called a squat not a dip thought id let you know haha ive seen your 'squats'
