I do. I like em a lot. Seems to be the best exercise for quad development, for me. Thanks giving me the idea man! :cheers:

Strength is up on some stuff. Had a pretty righteous workout! I was derrenched in sweat! Had a pretty sweet pump goin too!

The w/o-
1. Adduction ss w/ stretches
2. SLDL - Im takin a break from straps to improve my grip strength. Surprisingly I did very well today. I also went up several reps on all sets.
3. I stopped at 275 for 12 on SLDL because that is all my grip could handle and I switched over to knee level Rack deads - continued on and upped weight all the way to 335 for 4 puny reps :dead:. Still my lower back is dominated!
4. Seated Db press - down 1 rep on 2nd set :dunno:
5. Ez bar cable upright rows - plate 9 for 10 reps for 3 sets
6. Hammer wide grip pullups - 12, 10, 7, 6
7. Db shrugs - again no straps so I lowered the weight and really just focused on really slow shrugs and squeezed out 25 reps of 60's then 70's
8. Cg hammer pullups
9. Sprints on treadmill for 15 mins - endurance is getting sky high!!

Seeing some nice results here! Nothing crazy but I am progressing even tho I did lose a rep on db press. I attribute that to helping someone move last night.

you better work twice as hard now that I am outta the game for a while. Lets get those forearms bulging and that grip strength up!
 
Man if it werent for this damn wrist pain I still have my forearms would be trinormous!! I just cant go past 50 anymore for reverse curls. Guess I just gotta keep playing the waiting game...but yeah Im really gonna put things into hyperdrive. Seeing as my lat width has gone down. I gotta really put more effort into my width days.

And it really really sucks your outa the game right now man. I wish you the best and a speedy recovery broskinaut!

I use those same things man! lol It does help a lot but its 1 day at a time improvements.

I was 176 at the beginning of the log and Im sittn at 175 now. So -1lb difference.

Yeah man, I can see the changes, nice!! I use a fat bar to improve my grip, as well as wrapping a towel around a bar where I grip it at with each hand. Just started to do chins by draping a towel over a bar and then gripping both ends of it to pull myself up, works like a champ. Hope those wrists get better!! They don't call me "Gorilla grip" for nothing.
 
I can definitely see a difference, man! You don't look bloated at all. Looking much leaner/tighter; chest looks bigger; arms/delts thicker.

I've always like that towel idea. I may need to try that. I'm going to attempt reverse curls with 60 tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed that my wrist wont give. I will wrapping my wrist extra tight.

Mood has been good. Its a subtle uplift in mood. So I really dont notice that I'm in a better mood until it gets pointed out or when I dont loose it when I would normally.

I am seeing a slight increase in strength but more so endurance. I am able to knock way more reps out. Keep in mind I am not strength training. Fatigue is definitely blunted here. Cardio has also become a breeze! I actually am enjoying doing my cardio. I brought the treadmill up to level 10 yesterday like it was nothing!

As for libido, I'm not really noticing anything. I hope its just a matter of time tho because I would love a boost in libido right now!
 
Btw DOMS in my back/hams are nutz right now! Not just my lower back but lats too. I almost never get lat DOMS anymore. So I am very happy about this!

Something that always seems to give me DOMS is the DC type stretching at the end of a routine. I'd be lying if I also didn't say lat DOMS are my favorite. Least would have to be forearm, although I really never get that anymore.
 
Ive been meaning to throw some DC stretches in. I loved em when I did em but didnt really take it seriously back then. Im gonna start up again...thanks Sub!
 
DC stretching keeps me lifting in my old age. You young guns really need to pay more attention to this part of the training.
 
I love the stretches, happy I could help. It's weird, I didn't think anything of it at first, but it makes sense, time under tension kinda thing. If I do those, I'm usually always sore, skip 'em and not so much. Keep up the good work buddy!!

Im going to be incorperating them into my routine tomorrow. Its been a long time since I've done DC. But how much weight of my max db bench do I use? And for how long?
I see you are enjoying glycobol, due keep in mind it gets better the longer one uses it.

awesome! I gotta say over the last 2 days, I've noticed my muscles feeling more full and dense. I do seem to look more vascular. And I just feel stronger. Im really looking foward to my session tomorrow!
 
You could probably go with 30's for a minute and thirty seconds. This rips my chest up!!

Had a killer workout! Pumps were nutz!! Vascularity was just insane!! Fatigue - non existent!!

The w/o

1. Adduction ss w/ stretches
2. P/L Hack squats ss w/stretches
3. Decline iso press
4. Low incline db press
5. Db pullovers
6. DC chest stretch 30s for 90 secs
7. Rope pushdowns ss w/ Bentover concentration curls
8. Db skullcrushers ss w/ Rope hammer p/l preachers
9. 1 arm overhead ext. ss w/ Reverse ez bar curls

Reps were in the 12-20 range. Was/am puft up!!

Had to take a pic..second one is blurry because I was shaking so much - camera phone pics never do me any justice...cant see vasculaity and definition :dunno:
