Btw DOMS in my back/hams are nutz right now! Not just my lower back but lats too. I almost never get lat DOMS anymore. So I am very happy about this!

Im going to be incorperating them into my routine tomorrow. Its been a long time since I've done DC. But how much weight of my max db bench do I use? And for how long?DC stretching keeps me lifting in my old age. You young guns really need to pay more attention to this part of the training.
