Dude, let's not get greedy here. We were lucky enough to have some top notch companies 'sponsor' the competition. How the prizes will be split up should be up to the judges.

well if Lgs given out 12 prizes thats one per person(theres around 12 competitors right):buttkick:

You have come a long way since five years ago.as far as size you ll get big easier than taller guys. you keep it up and youll be a mass monster your already getting thick. keep lifting heavy and youll get that thick hard dense muscle. hell i havent liffted heavy on upper body in nine months and I still have decent musclemass from years of heavy lifting. control your stomach more while posing esp on that side chest . overall Im impressed James.

on a side note ive been eating sugar foods and junk and wow my energy levels are though the roof. whoa its amazing what food can have on mood.
 
well Ive got class until 9 30 tonight but I have most of my choices laid out. I haven't heard anything from anyone else yet....
 
I was under the impression that holy was going to coordinate the judges. He pmed us all a while back saying that he would contact us about specifics later....

so how are we going to do this? I go to work tomorrow and wont be back til saturday. well im going to PM Inarius with my choices then they can go from there. Thank to all who competed and next time ill be in it hopefully! thanks again and see you guys on sat where i get to see the final results.

Well, I had planned on trying to do just that....I honestly forgot, and didnt even know the pictures were posted until I got a pm...I apologize if anyone was waiting on me...My results are being pmd now...
 
I didnt take the extra time to critique anyone so that the results could get posted quicker....if you would like, feel free to email me or pm me, and I'll do it that way....

Is there a tentative date for the next competition? I've got a pretty full summer, and won't be doing any lifting during June-July b/c I will be training in the field... then again, I wouldn't be competing as a teen either lol, I will be 20 by then.:ntome:

looking at about 3 months out! to keep a bit more competitors active this time.

I would still be 19 then, and I would still be able to participate, but I weighed in at 184 this morning fasted and after running about 5 mi. So we looking at about May 1-10 or something...

Looked pretty good but constant lighting and oil consistency lept throwing things off. Nice quads and chest development but needed to being arms(esp triceps) and back up. I think a lot had to do with needing more time to practice the poses to connect with the muscles he wanted to flex.

3. Panther77
Looks okay but odd camera angle, inexperienced posing along with being very pale added to muscle that did not stand out during the poses. I think once those are corrected he could place much higher.

205+ Contest



1. Vikinginc
Not much to say except he looks great. Considering how much he was over on the competition there isn't really any point in critiquing him at this point.

2 Smeton_yea
Has a great base to work with and his lower body overpowers his upper, which is a plus in my book because it should be easier to focus and being up his upper body for future events/contests. I think his biggest issue for this particular contest was his bf%. He just was too far off compared to Viking to compete but still looks outstanding in his own right.


3. Future Pilot
Good showing but he just didn't have the conditioning the other two had to really be a threat.

175-205 Contest




1. Bassgos272
It was really close and he only pulled out ahead due to my personal opinion that he had more of a bb'r look. I took the most time with this class in trying to toss up the comparisons but in the end it came down to what I believed had the look of 'bodybuilding' His back pose also helped him pull away with this one as well.

2. Johnjessica20
Looked really good and had a true athletic look but lacked in some of the development that Bassgod had.

175 and under copntest

1. P5sky
Overall better conditioning and poses.

2. Metroba
Constant change in lighting and posing to include clarity of the pictures made it difficult to judge.
 
I think everyone did an outstanding job and should be proud. It's hard to put your body out there for everyone and their mom to critique. I'd also like to point out how hard it is to run one of these contests. Please show patience over the next few days so that they can get everything together and processed. Remember they're dealing with different companies and have to coordinate with each of them with their donations for the contestants.

Yeah, this is what I was thinking when I was looking at the pics too. your back is awesome tex, if you look at the pics, it comes together to form the Christmas tree for the lower back combined with the Lats.
I've changed up my routine to include more back and arms, and still working on my legs of course. It was good to see pictures because I could see the areas that were really unbalanced, and try out the posing too! :toofunny: I had always just looked at the pros and thought it was easy, but then I tried it out... I'll work harder for next time :thumbsup:

I dont believe we have heard anything about the prizes yet.... nor have we seen anything from mental in the last few days.... he stole the prizes and ran for mexico... I knew it

With a award/price-list like the sponsors came up with, who can blame him for doing so ?!

ill be there right along side considering thats my hood! haha. Yeah guys I havent heard from it in through any means of communication lately. He doesn't have any prizes though. the companies all still have them. As jayhawkk said be patient. I am trying to set up prizes so everyone gets at least 1 thing since the most we had was 3 per class. we set these up so top 3 per class would win something... unfortunately only one or two classes even had 3 so the deal might be sweetened. I'm not sure but I will keep up to date. I am doing this when i can, but my school schedule is pretty hectic with 17 hours and maintaing a 3.75 so cut a brotha some slack!

I'm with you on a hectic schedule! I'm doing 25 hours @ GNC each week, 15 hours @ the Lux (bouncing), and top it off with 12 hours of school. Time management, baby !
