Haha, you will get there I'm sure! Just gotta train for strength. I have to change my current workout program to adjust for the fact I can't do much more weekly progression... Unless it's my front squats or deads... i doubt I will be able to even increase 2.5% weekly...God bro that is crazy on the rows!!! I dream of hitting that kind of numbers one day. Awesome workout bro and you are def one the most solid hard core dedicated on fire!!! lifter.

Oh I know my Dads from Guam. My family is either short with stalky or tall and big. Then I got some that are lean and massive as hell.
All I know is every dang time I go to the gym, some new kid or lifter for that matter will approach me and ask damn man wth do you do to get those calves. I'm like hmmm not much lol. I take the leg press machine and put btw 10-16 plates with my tip toes and press using straight pointed, then inward pointed and then out word pointed. One time I actually had 14 plates and did 30-40 reps. I do this once every 2-3 months.
WOW!! I don't even have a leg press machine... I should post a pic of my sad calves... I don't get to do much calf work... working out primarily at home... I guess I could just do calf raises in a doorway or something... lol
I use to take my step Dad's marble bags 50lbs each that he orders to make counter tops. I'd load 2 to three bags on each shoulder, and do calve raises. Also I'll go into the sauna or steam room, and do just body weight calve raises!

And he'll yeah for deadlift videos. haha you made me feel bad when you said no cheat meals. Because IMO almost every meal I have had in the past month has been cheating. But those are are joys of bulking I guess. Once the doc tellse what is going on with my back ill know if I am gona do a cut or not. Cause if I can't run then there is no point to cut and I'll just keep bulking.

Forget cheat means. Breakfast today was about 300 cals lunch was 800-1000 (usually 2.5-3k just at lunch) and supper was prolly 1.5-2k so I think I was around 4k today and usually I have been at 7kish. So I guess I am gona start my diet lol! Forgot to weigh in today.
Well traditionally its this... but now... not so much...I've been to different places in the world and normally what I think the food is going to be like, I am close to dead on...NOT FOR THAT ONE. I was thinking about a lot of fresh meats and fish with tons of home grown veggies. Lots of steaming and natural eating...WRONG!!! APPARENTLY I STILL NEED TO GET OUT MORE!!!

Growing up I wished things would change and not be so old fashioned.

Tell me about it. The easy thing to do is blame parenting, but society as a whole, won't allow parents to actually parent. Now a day's you have to be your childs best friend is stead of the childs role model/parent.
I will continue to be my childrens father (best friend second) and hopefully they will do it when they are parents!!!!
