Oh I know my Dads from Guam. My family is either short with stalky or tall and big. Then I got some that are lean and massive as hell.

Haha, you will get there I'm sure! Just gotta train for strength. I have to change my current workout program to adjust for the fact I can't do much more weekly progression... Unless it's my front squats or deads... i doubt I will be able to even increase 2.5% weekly...

Haha, The dude who I plugged a couple pages back deadlifted 445... he's the guy I am going to lift with on Saturday... he makes me feel like a slacking little girl... and he always just says when I ask him why he so strong... I take the leg press machine and put btw 10-16 plates with my tip toes and press using straight pointed, then inward pointed and then out word pointed. One time I actually had 14 plates and did 30-40 reps. I do this once every 2-3 months.

I use to take my step Dad's marble bags 50lbs each that he orders to make counter tops. I'd load 2 to three bags on each shoulder, and do calve raises. Also I'll go into the sauna or steam room, and do just body weight calve raises!

This pictures show how wide my shoulders are and how short I am like Taz The top ones are from yesteday and the bottom from this past Jan after joining the forums. Got a lot of fat to lose but have made some progress.
Dude I would kill someone to have your calves....no really I would

Reminds me.... Saturday I have some party to go to at an all you can eat cake place... this place is ridiculous. I'll try get some pics... Of course a gluten fearing man like myself will be just there to talk with friends and enjoy the milk (and pay...). I will still have to consider it a cheat meal of sorts... seeing I don't have much protein powder, and I don't really have the option of bringing food (wife insists we sleep over at her sister's house cause we have to go there sunday anyway...And it's not here sister's house... it's her brother inlaws' parents house...). I donno kinda awkward. Anyway, I will freeze up some chicken breasts and take them for the journey... sigh... this is why eating in Japan is horrible.. there is NOTHING I can eat that is deep fried.. And all the "fast food" here in japan is Deep fried(and gluten gets transfered from other foods that are fried in the same oil... so a lot of times I can't eat anything fried at all even if it is fried in a batter of potato/corn starch)

Makes living life HARD. I used to go through around 10lbs of protein powder a month just to keep up with protein needs on the go... Put 8 scoops in a ziplock bag and just down scoops of it while I was driving or walking somewhere lol. Make you appreciate good protein.

Anyway, hopefully I will be able to post some vid of tomorrow ;)

Wow i just checked my weight. 90kgs. How did I gain?! I'm pretty sure I just need to eat enough to recover. Ordering some protein so I shouldn't have ANY more protein issues for a while. Plus the wife buys me chicken tender breasts from this butcher near her moms house for pretty cheap. Need the motivation from those two guys down there. My new workout is looking mean. :)

Ive only started up powdered protein recently... other than that I have been just eating chicken breast.

Everything is pretty much fried except there white rice. Lol

Forget cheat means. Breakfast today was about 300 cals lunch was 800-1000 (usually 2.5-3k just at lunch) and supper was prolly 1.5-2k so I think I was around 4k today and usually I have been at 7kish. So I guess I am gona start my diet lol! Forgot to weigh in today.

I was thinking about a lot of fresh meats and fish with tons of home grown veggies. Lots of steaming and natural eating...WRONG!!! APPARENTLY I STILL NEED TO GET OUT MORE!!!

It's weird:

Growing up I wished things would change and not be so old fashioned.

Now that I am grown up, I miss the way things were. Things were much easier and (in my opinion) better the way things used to be. I miss "Traditional"!

Tell me about it. The easy thing to do is blame parenting, but society as a whole, won't allow parents to actually parent. Now a day's you have to be your childs best friend is stead of the childs role model/parent.

I will continue to be my childrens father (best friend second) and hopefully they will do it when they are parents!!!!

Oh i agree... as a teacher I can see this. My mom is my mom. She is definitely not my best friend. I cannot think of my mom as my best friend... Oddly I think this is good. While my mom is the most inspirational people in my life I dont think I could put her in the best friend category before putting her in the role model/admiring spot.
